My 6 yr old son is 45 lbs and wears a Tom Sawyer Youth Small long sleeve shirt for school. He needed a new one and the local clothing place was out of stock. So I purchased a Nautica Large size (6). The Nautica Large Size 6 is equivalent to my old Tom Sawyer Youth Xtra Small 5-6 size. See picture, Nautica shirt was washed and dried in this picture. I will now need to purchase the next size up.

Best Uniform Shirts!
These uniform shirts are by far the best. Better fit and quality than French Toast or Childrens Place. These are my son's favorite and are now his go to long sleeves for school!
