Good junction box, easy to assemble and install. The chrome ring fits over a 1.5 - 2" pipe if you want to use it as an escutcheon plate.

Stopped working less than a week

Had these installed less than a week and one has already went out. They were installed by a professional and had the problem light looked at by a professional and its definitely a defective light.

HEY!!! AMAZON!!!!!! Enough with the defective items!!!!!!!

This item looks great and was easy to install, but some of the junction boxes included in the kit were not delivering power to the lights. Had to return yet another malfunctioning item back to AMAZON. HEY! AMAZON! Enough with the defective items already! Easy to order and easy to return but I'm loosing faith in the QUALITY of your inventory. This is the 4th return of a defective item in the last 7 days! I'll give one last try. PLEASE send me the items I order from you IN BRAND NEW WORKING CONDITION! Thanx!!!!!!

Same part number, different lights

Installs easily, just as most slim pot lights do. I placed three orders over two weeks for the 3k-bn model and have received two different light levels in those orders. One set is a slightly cooler 3k white, and when dimmed to the lowest setting shuts off completely. The other set sold under the same model number is a warmer 3k white and dims partially but never to fully off. The two sets are not interchangeable between light and driver, so if you'd like to install them in a pattern where every other light shuts off when dimmed rewiring is required. I prefer the warmer white set, but won't be risking a reorder in the hopes of getting a matching set of lights.

Fit under rafters, low profie, solid retaining clips, convenient connection box.

Bought 12, installed 10 on 2 different switches. Had a couple of rafters in the way but the design of the light made it possible to install them under the rafter. They are very thin and have great, strong retaining clips. The small aluminum connection box that comes with them is very convenient. It snaps open and closed and comes with push-in wire connectors and fits through the 3" hole requierd for the light. The box can be disconnected from the light with a threaded, water tight plug for even more convenient installation options. The design of these lights is very well thought-out. They a seriously bright but dim nicely. I've switched them with BESTTEN Digital Dimmer switchs with LED Indicator. So far there is no bothersome flickering with this dimmer and light combination.

Fantastic quality lights at a great price.

Fantastic quality lights at a great price. One ballast came completely dead, but I only needed 4 of the 6 so oh well! I bought these to install into a floating shelf with only 1.5” of internal clearance. My pegs made it a bit harder than it could have been, but the install was a breeze, aside from having to figure out why one of the lights wouldn’t power on. Highly recommended. Will update the review of the seller replaces the dead ballast!
