Review after MONTHS of use.

I bought these for my son who was learning to drink from a straw and transition from sippy cups. These are very hard to drink out of IF your little one is just learning to use a straw. The Dr. Browns straw bottle that was similar is a great in between before this one. It is leak proof but still takes effort to drink. I eventually tried these again and he now wants nothing to do with any other bottle but these. He is able to get every single drop of water because of the weight which turns in all directions, whether laying down or standing. These tend to get moldy easily, but I wash them regularly in the dishwasher, or just rinse them out daily to refresh them. They leak a fair bit, but not enough for me to quit use. Just be aware of what colors you're putting in that could leak. Overall, my son loves them and so do I!

Best cup ever!

I don’t know who came up with this design but that person deserves a huge raise. These are the best cups for bed time. You don’t have to worry about leaking if your toddler doesn’t get the cup back to the night stand. We have about 8 of these I think and will probably get more. Nothing else out there compares.

Great cup!

Bought these for my 6 months old to introduce not only water, but using a straw. He loves them! The only time I ever have a problem with leaking is when he chucks in from his high chair to the floor. Other than that, he turns it upside down and shakes it all around and is never wet! I live that is came in a pack of 2 as we always keep one ready to go in the diaper bag. They're easy to clean and I've also been fine with placing them on the top shelf of the dishwasher! I'll probably but another set as the summer approaches!

Great first straw cup!

This was a perfect first straw cup for our 12 month old. We taught her to use a straw with the “baby bird method” and a small drinking straw and once she understood it we offered this cup. It was perfect because it’s leak proof and also when they’re so young they don’t always understand to tilt a sippy cup so the weighted flexible straw works at any angle and is ideal. Highly recommend!

Deformed straw

Cons: got a deformed straw (the end of the straw looks like it got chomped off). Doesn’t look like it’ll affect function but we’re a bit surprised by the oversight , especially from such a reknowned company. Pros: great bottle. Just make sure you click the straw to the lid (from the inside) so it makes a popping sound. Else, you’ll find the liquid leaking from the top.

LEAK PROOF!

FINALLY a leak proof cup! Just make sure you listen for the click when screwing in the lid. I searched for the perfect sippy cup for months and wasted money on multiple brands. This one has yet to leak and it’s been a month or two. I wash everything in the dishwasher, top rack. Only downfall is the straw is difficult to clean so we only use it for water. Now I’m on the hunt for the perfect leakproof sippy cup for milk.

My son loves this water bottle and I’ve purchased multiples and even the smaller size with the handles. This one without the handles can be hard to twist open when oily after meals.

Easy to clean and use! Only thing I would tell people make sure you take the plastics of the bottom of the straw!

Great !

I love these sippy cups. My 6 month old learned how to use them immediately and absolutely loves them. They don't leak too bad especially when they are closed. The straw can flick water all around when the baby is playing with it but for the most part the bottle itself does not leak. They are a little difficult to clean as there a loss of small parts. The only issue I had when purchasing it from Amazon is I thought I was getting two based on the picture and I only got one. I also didn't love that you can't pick the colour

Skipped bottles entirely

My son was breastfed until a year old. Around 8 months he was showing interest in straws so I decided to try these cups as I liked their features. My son caught on to them quickly and uses these all the time now and never bothered with bottles. Their ability to be used at any angle is great, and my son has been testing that out more and more. I use one for milk/pediasure and the other one for juices/water. They have a few difficult spots to clean but with a bottle brush and the provided straw brush you just need to take a minute or two and make sure it's all clean. I do find they leak pretty easy if they have build up pressure (from change of temperature or being tossed around) so I just make sure to twist the top off and on quickly to release the pressure before opening and be sure to check that the straw suction piece is attached properly to the lid as it can leak if detached (happens from my son feeling the need to toss it if I don't take it from him within the 2.5 seconds he decides he is done with it). Even with the time needed to check they won't leak and clean them I love these cups; they are super durable and great for my son.

Easy to drink, easy to clean

You really can drink in any position due to the weight on the straw. Very well made! It also comes apart well to clean and comes with a little brush to clean the straw.
