Beautiful
This soap dispenser in polished nickel is beautiful, and it coordinates so well with our polished nickel Moen faucet that we also bought. In the polished nickel, it's very pricey for a soap dispenser. I had tried to see if I could get a less expensive, yet attractive polished nickel dispenser from another brand-Kohler. It was a much more reasonable in price, and very attractive; however the polished nickel of Kohler does not match Moen polished nickel. It definitely does the job, looks beautiful I just wish it wasn't as pricey as it is.

Solid but pricey
We hadn't planned on getting a soap dispenser at all, but the counter people accidentally drilled an extra hole. Rather than making a new counter, they paid for a soap dispenser to match our faucets. This dispenser feels solid and the body is made of metal. Installation is simple. A plastic flange mounts through the top of the counter and the plastic bottle threads into the flange on the underside, The dispenser is a simple friction fit through the top of the flange. Push it into place, pull it up to refill the bottle from the top of the counter. A funnel is helpful. The only downside to this arrangement is that the spout is free to swivel to one side or the other. Functionally not an issue, but could have been designed with a detent to keep it pointed straight. Some people have complained that it doesn't dispense enough soap with each pump, but I don't find that to be the case. We have it filled with dish soap, but I don't think it would matter if it was hand soap. Either way, dispensing more would be a waste. Bottom line is that it's pricey for what it does, but built solid and functions well.

I appreciate good quality, and this soap dispenser is what i expected, very good quality. Easy to use and beautiful, and i have no regrets. I used dawn dish soap and water 50/50 and that prevents or delays many issues that come up with soap dispensers getting gummed up over time. Even if it does it can be cleaned. I noticed some buyers mention they do not dilute their soap and it works well. Also, without over tightening the bottle, i made sure i tightened it until i barely felt resistance so the dispenser pump would work properly, and that took longer that i expected to twist until it was in place. Otherwise, if this detail is not given proper attention i could see the pump would not dispense properly. And it would not be something wrong with the pump. One last point is that it fills from the top...and that makes it easy to refill.

Sturdy dispenser.
Soap dispenser matches my moen faucet perfectly. Feels heavy duty and looks beautiful in my kitchen. Highly recommended!

My mother use to have a soap dispenser, in her kitchen, and I swore I would never own one! Well, we remodeled our kitchen, and the area behind my sink, is on the same level, and used as an eating area. I really did not want a lot of “things” cluttering up my new beautiful Quartzite stone counters! I didn’t want an ugly soap bottle there! I decided to go with a Moen, one because of the quality the brand stands for, and two because my new faucet was also a Moen. Well, I LOVE this soap dispenser so much, that I ordered a second one, for the other side, to hold dish soap! It was a real commitment of trust for me, as the installer had to cut a holes in my stone counters to install! They work beautifully! They do not clog, hold plenty of soap, and are beautiful! The stone cutter, stated to always fill them from the top. That combined with the Moen quality, equals a proper working soap dispenser, or in my case dispensers!

Beautiful and functional
I purchased this item based on the reviews and because it matches the Moen motion sensor Brantford that I already had. I love my new Moen faucet, but at the time I bought it, I couldn't justify buying a new soap dispenser just to match. But now that the old dispenser stopped working totally, it was time to replace the whitehaus model that matched my old faucet. The Whitehaus model required you to dilute dish soap to avoid it clogging, which it did regularly even though I diluted the dish soap. Also, I spent a lot more on the Whitehaus faucet and soap dispenser some ten years ago, than I did on the Moen replacements. I first removed the old sink dispenser, which was tough because the Whitehaus had a brass nut under the sink that had corroded, making it a bear to remove. Once I got it out, installing this one was a breeze and took all of 10 minutes -- including calling a neighbor to hold the dispenser steady while I tightened the nut (heavy duty plastic so no more corrosion) from under the sink! I would say I am more fearless than handy, and even for me, this was unbelievably simple to install. My favorite feature so far is that I no longer have to dilute dish soap to get my dispenser to work! Such a simple thing, but an important one. It looks beautiful paired with the Moen faucet, as well.

FANTASTIC FUNCTIONALITY PAIRED WITH A REALLY BEAUTIFUL APPEARANCE!
This was a fantastic purchase. The pump is incredibly attractive and matches our faucet beautifully. The pump is sturdy and firm when pressed to dispense soap. What I really like is that it gives a suitable amount of soap with precision, and there is no waste, so the pump stays full longer. ALSO: It's super easy to fill. You just pull up on the pump and the pumping unit comes out so there is a wide opening through which to pour the liquid soap. On our previous pump, it was torture; the opening was small and the soap only went down very slowly. It took forever to fill the bottle. This one has a large enough opening to permit the soap to go through much more quickly. The unit installed in just minutes in our existing opening. Taking out the old unit took ten times longer than simply screwing this in place. You just screw a collar above the counter to the bottle below the counter and press the pumping unit into place in the collar. Great choice and real easy installation.

Did not like this oil bronze finish
Unlike the other makes, this oil bronze has a sparkly finish which was not something I was looking for.
