Not a Moen
This product is a "Donner," which apparently is a division of Moen. The ring is not chrome but rather a clear hard plastic. The mounting bracket is chrome but does not seem very sturdy. It was inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for, but I wish I had read the reviews before ordering because this product is not as described.

Looks beautiful and is just what I was looking for
By mistake I ordered the one with the plastic ring, and returned it for this. It is just what I was looking for. Feeling sturdy on the wall, which is important because it will hold the hand towel in my guest bath. I recommend it

This bait and switch is fraud, pure and simple.

Assez bon, ça comble notre besoin. La couleur est plutôt étrange (anneau transparent avec pièce argentée) mais ou moins on savait à quoi s'attendre.

If you want moen quality don't buy this
When i see moen then i expect the quality of all the other moen products i have ordered. This seems cheap and should not be advertised as moen when it is supplied by some other company which is part of moen! I purchased this originally for a guest room but won't use it. Instead i'll use it in the basement powder room that no guest will use. Looks cheap like something i could pick up at the dollar store

Plastic ring
So I didn’t read the reviews I thought the whole thing was chrome it’s not the ring is plastic kinda like it... also it didn’t come with instructions and this was my first time putting this so I couldn’t figure it at first. Other then all that it does the job

Yes the picture looks like all metal - but when you read the description, it does say plastic ring. So no surprise for the price!
