Very pretty & nice and light

This is a very pretty and colorful bed set. As you can see from my photo, it's looks exactly as it appears in the Amazon photo. Nice and light feeling comfortable, which is perfect for our guestroom.

Has some major flaws, wouldn't recommend

This set might be ok for a guest room where it doesn't get much use but overall it is very lacking. First the pros: The set is very pretty, the colors bright and vivid, true to the picture. The fitted sheet pocket is deep enough to fit a pillow top mattress without pulling off the corners. Now the cons: The comforter is fairly thin, what I would consider summer weight. The pillow cases do not fit a standard queen pillow well; you have to shove the pillows in. The comforter and the flat sheet are a good deal shorter/narrower than most queen sets. If you fight for covers, forget about this set. At 86 inches, you are going to miss that much needed 8 inches of material. The material of the sheets is not sturdy.. after only 3 days use there are multiple snags on the fabric. The seams are poorly sewn with thread ends hanging. Finally, the sheets are HOT. The sheets are slippery feeling but do not allow air movement, instead trapping your body heat and magnifying it. All in all, I wish I had passed on this set.

Could be better

Purchased this as a quick way to make our bed look nice. The colors looked great online, but more dull in person. No big deal with the color. Everything fit pretty well on our queen size bed. I wished the comforter was a little bit longer at the foot, to cover my mattress, but we can overlook that as well if we put extra pillows on the bed. The little pillow was a nice touch. Gave the set a more put together look However, after 2 washes, one of the corners got about a 4 inch tear along the seam. Two washes, just 2! I was okay with all that I felt this set was lacking. But to now have to buy something else so quickly, really throws me off a bit. Next time, I'll spend a little more and hopefully be able to enjoy my purchase a little longer.

Beautiful set

I really love my comforter set it goes great with my dark wood bed frame and drawer set. The only reason why i gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because one of the pillow cases seams was torn easy fit but was a little disappointed about that.

Yeah, so it says to wash it first...

I just got it out of it's virgin run in my washer and dryer. Light setting wash on warm/cool with detergent and a tiny sprinkling of oxyclean to help rid of the processing chemicals, which the comforter is stiff with. I washed the fitted sheet and pillowcases along with a new matress pad, and the comforter and flat sheet are in the dryer now. The sheets themselves are more than paper thin and I was worried looking at the fitted sheet seams as I was putting it on, but they haven't pulled apart, yet. The comforter and shams are a beautiful material, seems sturdier than it is apparently as the sham is circled in red. I'm so disappointed. I don't get to spend money on myself as a single mom, and I went all out, ordered a new set of curtains, rug, and dust ruffle to match this. And it's back to looking shoddy before I even got the room put together proper. I live in the middle of nowhere and to return it is a hassle beyond imagining because the heater in my car quit working last week and I live in the NE. Bah.

A solid set

Purchased this for guests/to use as an interim set while getting my new apartment together. The materials used are a bit thin, but this wasn't a problem at all for summer. It looks very pretty, it's a bit "busier" in person than the photos suggest but the colours are nice and vibrant. I would say it matches the price point.

The bed in a bag is so colouful and durable.

I just love my new bed in a bag. I was going to use on our bed but our grandchildren liked it so much I put it in their bedroom when they come over. They just like all the colours in it .
