Keeps kids busy!

I love that these activity books keep my child busy long enough for me to get some work done. She loves animals, and the sea creatures book was a HUGE hit. I love that the easiest scissor skills activities come first and the difficulty builds as you go through the book. I love the sparkly scissors that come with them. They're eye-catching and engaging for kids. They do cut through the paper but in my experience, not much else. My only quibble is that when my daughter gets to the harder pages, she gets frustrated and wants me to do it for her. As an adult, I find the scissors pretty uncomfortable to use. I wish they had something soft and squishy on the handles. These are hard and unforgiving. That said, my daughter goes back to these activity books again and again to practice scissor skills.

Kids ages 6-2 all enjoy this

Put this out for my kiddos on a rainy weekend, and they loved cutting out the different shapes and pictures. The scissors that come with it are kinda trash, but I gave them different ones to work with separately purchased and they were very happy.

Great practice

Bought for 3 and 4 year old. Easy to use, kids really like following the lines and working on cutting skills. There are pictures with different skill levels. Our kids cut out the pictures then glue their pieces to paper when they're finished.

Keeps my preschooler busy

Love these activities for my preschooler! He sits for extended periods just cutting away! Too bad it makes such a mess, but I don’t mind because it keeps him occupied and it’s educational!

Get real kid scissors.

Good set but get kid scissors with a metal blade. The plastic ones are frustrating. Repetitive types of cuts in the books but practice makes permanent!

Super cute

Great set of activity books. The scissors that come with the books are great also. Using them can get a bit tricky since the paper has to be fairly flat in order for the plastic scissors to cut adequately, but it’s nothing a 3 & 5 year old can’t manage or be helped with.

Highly recommend!

These books are great and worth every penny! The scissors are plastic so you don’t have to worry about a toddler amputating a finger (or stabbing someone else). The scissors cut well. I can’t believe how much my toddlers skills improved from the beginning to the end of just one book. I recommend these to all of my parent friends!

Kid loved these! They finished an entire book in a day. Keep in mind that you'll have these projects floating around the house for quite some time

My kid loves these and will cut for hours…she’s only 3 so the skill set is still developing but I’m glad she’s working on it and have fun with the colourful graphics!
