Just as described, and 1/2 the price

This item came exactly as described. I happen to come across it when I was not looking to buy any makeup. It came up in the suggestions of things that I may want. And I'm glad it did. It is perfect coverage and matches magically the same exact color as my skin. Covering up my blemishes but not washing my face out and making it look a completely different color. It's also doesn't make it look like my face is caked with makeup. The best part is that the same makeup is twice the amount of money in stores. I was very happy with the products the pricing the packaging and the overall purchase. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend!

Silky. Accentuates mature creases/lines. Fair/light warm color.

The product is applies easily and evenly; but ACCENTUATES pores, crepe-iness, and CREASES in my (60-ish) skin; even with good skin care/moisturizing. For my (somewhat limited) smoother skin areas, it was a lovely finish and blended well. The square compact with (round inside) screw-off lid is oddly, a little awkward; lots of product ends up on those corner “wings” and falls off on the vanity, drawer, travel bag; requiring frequent cleanup. The shaker top allows a generous amount of product for easy use. The threads on the lid/container closure do stay secure. No discernible scent, which is my preference. The LIGHT-FAIR has a WARMER TONE compared to my “cool” very fair coloring. Good product for some; unfortunately, just not for me.

LOVE IT

I am a 68 year old woman, i seldom like the look of the cosmetics I buy. They never seem to live up to expectations. This finishing powder is a game changer. My husband even noticed! Lol. I just LOVE the finish it gives and he thought I looked younger. I can't stop laughing. .and I bought it because of the reviews and I'm buying another so I don't run out. (And the price! Holy Moly)

Getting the product out

I love this product is perfect for my extremely fair skin. The container that this powder comes in is terrible for getting the product out. Especially if you use a beauty blender sponge. I feel like I lose a lot of the product because of the design of the container.

love this powder

it blurs my pores and makes my skin look so soft without making it dry. the only thing i will say is that it can get a little cakey so i recommend lightly setting and not baking with this.

HOLY GRAIL

I love love love this powder i have dry-oily skin and it lasts me all day my oils dont peek trough till like around 8 hours of having it on. It also adds coverage since its pigmented and doesn't have heavy flashback, it also doesn't settle into my pores like other powders would. I definitely recommend this.

Long lasting…

I have used another brand loyally for years, but they decided to become hard to get and very expensive after having ordered for a really long time. I use fit me matte foundation, so I decided to try these powders. They compliment each other very good and I found there is life after that other brand.???? I hope the price doesn’t start increasing in this kind too. The best thing about this powder to me is that I don’t have to constantly touch it up because it lasts. It keeps my face from ever looking oily or shiny. This matches good with the fit me matte foundation #112.

I like this powder, specifically for the price. The down side: it is not lightweight, if is that what you looking for. But gives you a beautiful airbrushed finishing.

Multipurpose powder for face

Maybelline fit me range is truly amazing. Almost every product is outstanding. This loose powder, though comes in 4 shades in India (8 shades in the international market), are not very pigmented. For me this works well because all I needed was a cheap translucent powder. This is not translucent but does not provide much color either. So, it's perfect as a setting powder, a baking powder, or like the packaging says- a finishing powder. I was really confused about the shade, because in the fit me concealer range, the shade medium (25) is too light, but medium deep (30) is just a tad darker than my skintone. After watching swatch videos, I decided to go for the medium deep one, and thank God, it's a good match. No, the concealer shades and powder shades are not identical. Anyway, as I said, I found out that the powder is not that pigmented, so even if you choose a shade darker or fairer than your skintone, it will not give you much trouble. I enthusiastically recommend it guys!

As good as Laura Mercier!

Thought I would try this as lots of YouTubers talk about it and I was looking for something slightly cheaper than Laura Mercier translucent powder. The quality is just as good as it sets my makeup without it looking dry and keeps my oily skin fairly matte. My skin is light/medium but got this shade as other reviews say it’s quite dark and it matches perfect! The powder is slightly yellow toned and doesn’t give flashback. Shame it’s not available in UK stores as I grudge paying so much overall for a drugstore product!

Shade for medium skin tone with yellow undertones

I have medium skin tone with warm (yellow undertones) . Earlier bought Medium-Deep - yellow toned but two shades dark for me as well as Medium (pink undertone) . This is the perfect shade with the right undertone for me. This powder has been raved about and I certainly find this to be the best amongst the drugstore ones. Finely milled, no scent and doesn’t alter my foundation shade. It sets foundation very well, doesnt look cakey/powdery, doesnt oxidise and lasts long. It’s best applied with a very light hand using a brush to avoid looking cakey/heavy. A couple of negatives - it does settle into fine lines if one has dry skin (need to really moisturize & prep the under-eye specifically) and it does tend to break up over the T-Zone after 3-4 hrs. I use this to set my under-eye area and use a mattifying powder over my T-Zone.

Why did I wait so long?

I waited far too long to try this product. For some reason they don't seem to sell this in any UK stores (not ones near me anyways) It works really well at setting foundation and concealer without it looking cakey or dry. Would definitely recommend

Really nice powder

Been waited years for this to be launched in the UK. But God only knows why maybelline didn’t. However, the only reason i wanted to try this is I have a very a dry skin and my under eyes are dryer than rest of my face. Setting a concealer has been a nightmare. This powder is great and it doesn't dry out my skin. I got the shade 20 but i feel i should have gone for shade 15 for highlighting effect.
