Good blades but...
These are fine blades however you should give them a sharpening before installation. The blades are painted black, including the cutting edge. That greatly reduces the sharpness of the cutting edge.

Just as good as name brand
Long lasting. Sharp & strong in fact seems to last longer then the actual Jon Deere blades

Pretty durable
I've been using these on 48" John Deere for a few years, overall pretty great. The last order unfortunately had one blade that was bent down less than 1/4"

Good and heavy, but still leery of the brand
I installed these today, but I still have not cut with them as I need another part that I'm still waiting for. However I wanted to add that I as well received Copperhead blades as well. The stickers were covered by the Maxblade sticker, which peeled right off. I don't know if Copperhead is a better or worse brand name, but I will soon be able to tell. I do feel a little cheated though. Something doesn't smell right in Denmark. I didn't realize this until I had my first blade installed and I was too far into the job to go back, otherwise I would have just returned them as "not as expected". Also, I'm not too happy about how they were shipped - all 3 blades loose in the box. Ummm. They were banging and crashing into each other and were full of nicks and dings by the time they reached me. I would have thought they'd each have some kind of protective sleeve or something each one of them. They fit my E160 John Deere perfectly. They seem balanced and a little more heavy duty that the original blades that came with the mower.

False Advertising (but a good product anyway)
The product information claims these blades are Proudly Made in the USA. Just received mine today and the label on them says Made in China. Perhaps with this trade war going on that's a good thing for a Canadian buyer but it's definitely false advertising by the seller. Since there's no brand name on the blades I received I did an Internet search on the UPC code which came up showing they are indeed the Maxpower 561812 3-blade set. Time will only tell if the blades last reasonably well. Update Nov. 28: I've used these blades since July cutting 5 acres a week. We have sandy soil here so I normally have to sharpen my blades regularly. However these blades have maintained their edge without any attention whatsoever. Looking them over before putting the deck away for the winter, they show very little signs of wear. The original manufacturer's blades rarely last me more than a season before I need to replace them. And so I've upgraded my rating from 1 star to 4. I'd give them 5 stars but the seller is still claiming they're proudly made in the USA which they're not. Good!
Put these on a John Deere x300. They were slightly thicker than the originals. They’re a little louder and seem to blow the grass out more which is a plus. I’ve mowed twice (6.5 hours) and they seem great. Mowing season is over but I’ll update if there’s any future issues. So far, I’m very pleased

Easy to install, hold up well!
Don't let the price fool you- these are just as good if not better than then OEM. Installed these on my JD 140 series with the 48" deck. They blasted through foot-tall grass with ease. Even the odd pebble and stones that hit these blades didn't even scratch them! I would buy again, but it will probably be a while before I need to.

A cut above the rest
Fast Shipping, fit perfectly...have bought in the past and I cut at least 5 acres a week....including a few hundred feet of driveway that gets its fair share of stones off the driveway...usually get a couple years outta them...and I abuse them. Very Happy with purchases
