So comfy!

I just received my Master Massage Santana 31” heated table today and I love it. It arrived in perfect condition. The cover is cool to the touch but once you lay on it it’s warm and cozy. I laid in it for an hour and the heat remained consistent. The padding is excellent, most massage tables my leg goes numb after about 15 minutes but I didn’t have any issues with this one. The armrest design is great, I appreciate that it supports the elbows and was included with the table. I was concerned about the odd shape of the face rest when ordering but it is extremely comfortable. The carrying case fits well, not so tight that it makes zipping difficult but not so loose that slides around inside. I’m thrilled I chose to order this massage table. I hope to have it for many years to come!

Sounds horrible when clients are lying down.

Table makes too much noise when clients are laying down. It gives the impression that is braking.

Amazing table that is build really well. Sturdy, solid, and good looking. Heat is good. If you did put a pad over it, you may not feel as much heat. I use it to travel with. this is not an issue as I do not put anything over it other than sheets! ????love!

Where do I even start?

This table is excellent! The materials are brilliant! Let’s start with the airplane cables for support. So excellent so sturdy for larger people. The face cradle! Very soft, very comfortable.I wish their hanging design was a little bit different but that’s a very small detailAnd does not concern me as much. This was a purchase that right out of the box I knew it was a quality purchase. Yes these are a bit more expensive but it’s worth it

DISAPPOINTED!!

I bought this table last month thinking I would use it for my mobile clients. Yesterday was the first day I actually used it for an event. Needless to say, this product was "supposed" to be "brand new" and the heater DID NOT WORK! How embarrassing it was to promote that I had an extra-large table, memory foam top, and HEATED TABLE. Man, was I heartbroken to realize that this table was defective! Now, I see that I can't even return it!! I bought 2 of these tables, but I don't think I will buy from them again unless they could rectify selling me a defective table. But knowing Amazon, probably not...

Love my table! Sturdy comfortable and easy to use and move! I purchased because I have some larger clients and was worried about my other tables stability, this table works perfectly.

Poor Quality Materials

I order this table in April and had it delivered to my home in Florida. Because of COVID restrictions in Canada I could not go there to view the table. It was just unpacked by an employee and as she was folding it back up after inspection the vinyl stretched and began cracking apart. Return date was may 23 and I missed it due to COVID. Expensive problem.
