Love This Blanket!

I'm not too fond of heavy or bulky blankets at any time of the year. I move around a lot when sleeping and need the space to do so. This becomes a problem when the colder seasons approach. I went back to my memories of my childhood home and just wanted a soft, warm blanket. Fortunately, I probably found the same brand that mom and dad purchased back in the day. This blanket is exactly what I was looking for: warm, not bulky, and soft to the touch. I love it and just ordered a second twin size for my guest bedroom.

Best warm/lightweight blanket

I had been looking for a blanket that was very warm but not too heavy. Then I remembered the vellux blanket I had as a kid. Read some of the reviews and decided to go with this one. Material is not the same as the original, which was kind of silky like material. However, this blanket is equally as soft, made well, and is warm. There was no smell at all and I love it. Definitely recommend.

Easy care, warm and lightweight.

I live in a cold state so I need two blankets in the winter on my bed and two of these are very warm but not heavy.

It is light, warm and very comfortable

We had had Vellux blankets (the flocked foam core ones) for years but decided to try the Plush Blanket this time. It is basically like a "Polar Fleece" blanket and we like it better in every way from the old ones - lighter, softer, as warm and more comfortable. And great value.

Vellux Plush blankets have been a family tradition for us!

I have always ordered the Velux plush blankets and have never been disappointed! My grandmother bought me my first one when I was little. I loved the softness and now when I order them I always think of her! I also have my daughter hooked on Vellux blankets! If you are looking for a very soft, warm, lighter blanket this is the one!
