Lowered rating for Packaging Not for the Product
Would have been first time using and was so excited. But it arrived leaked out in a bubble wrapper envelope that had no air sealed in the bag with it so it was squished somewhere along the delivery process. It smells great but there's about 15% missing from the bottle. Try packaging liquids in boxes Amazon! Edited to add: The product works very well :-)

Overall Rating is for Seller not Product
This product works great! I’m very happy with it. My problem is with the seller. I ordered shampoo, it says shampoo, however, I received conditioner! I wrote several emails to the seller to request assistance with this issue, however, I never received a response! As I love the product I decided to keep it, however, I’ll be getting it from a different vendor in the future so that I actually receive the product that I order.

It really works for volume,. But..
This shampoo was a nice surprise, I had tried several shampoos that promised big volume and didn’t really delivered it, this one made my hair feel fuller and thicker on the first time I used it. I still put a dash of gel on my hair before blow dry it, but even on the days when I don’t use the hair dryer, my hair looks with more volume than before. I have been using it for 6 weeks now and results are still good, I like that just a little shampoo goes a long way. Update: 2 and half months of using the shampoo, my hair has started to fall a lot, sadly the shampoo is causing hair to be weaker (at least in my case). I went back to my re:line Biotin shampoo and after 2 uses the hair stop falling as much. I guess I can use Marc Anthony from time to time for volume, but can't use it all the time.

I keep coming back to this product
I still find this shampoo to be one of the better thickening volume shampoos and cheaper than a lot of salon brands.
