I believe it would be helpful, especially for us older folks, to use a different background. White on near-white is difficult. I use a magnifier light so it helps. But the picture is coming along fine

The finished product is stunning!

The finished product is absolutely stunning! I gave it to my sister and brother-in-law as a wedding gift. They love it, and I am so proud of it. There is a lot of backstitching. So, if that isn’t your strong suit I don’t know if I’d recommend it to you. But backstitching is easy enough to learn! I think this definitely would be a great project for you to work on. I highly recommend it.

I like that the floss was already separated for you

I like that the floss was already separated for you. It made it much quicker to get started. That being said, the aida cloth is very stiff and sometimes difficult to penetrate with the needle. However, it is coming together rather quickly and for that I am grateful as I have a time crunch. I would consider purchasing this same kit again for another wedding.

beautiful sampler

I hadn't done cross stitch in several years, but this pattern was easy for me to follow. The finished sampler was very nice, and I was proud to give it to the bride and groom.

It was easy to follow and turned out beautiful

Just completed this for a friend’s wedding. It was easy to follow and turned out beautiful! My one issue was that the holes in the cloth are big enough for the French knots to be pulled through. Otherwise it was perfect.
