No flicker, looks & functions great
I used this one to replace another dimmer switch, which looked good but broke after 3 years of use. Also, the lights in the fixture had always flickered at the lower (dimmer) range, which I had assumed was due to the quality of the bulbs' rather than the switch (I installed that dimmer switch at the same time as the fixture). Anyway, I'm incredibly happy with this Lutron dimmer. It looks very good with its light bar, very easy to use (and install), the functionally options are fantastic, and the bulbs in the light fixture don't flicker at all, even at the very dimmest setting. This is the first Lutron product I've ever bought/owned, but I'm a convert.

Neat
Blends in well with existing rocker switches. Compared to Maestro switches, the light bar is much less obtrusive than the green indicator lights, and the fade on/off effect is fast and less noticeable. If you like the Maestro fade, there unfortunately doesn't seem to be an option to make it longer with this one. In addition to the on/off buttons, you can just touch the light bar to turn it on at a specific level.

Lutron LED with a fancy control
Lutron generally makes a good dimmer,especially if you're using a tested light per Lutron's listing (check the website for compatibility). This one is no exception, since it's their LED hybrid dimmer behind a fancy cover plate. I'd admit to preferring the Maestro control or Skylark slider, but this one looks cool and feels cool to use. Would definitely fit into a more modern setting. Install is pretty similar to every other dimming switch. All of the required wire nuts and cover plate are included. Just bring your screwdriver.

Sunnata are nice quality switches. would be great if they incorporated smart features.
I have several Sunnata dimmers in my house and when i installed the first one my kids said "wow, its like what rich people have in their homes". Unfortunately, i thought i was ordering the accessory switch, but I got another main dimmer controller. The reason Im sad about that is that when I put in new switches now, I use ones that have SMART capabilities and the Sunnata range doesnt.

Excellent switch form a respected brand. Touch dimmer works well.
The media could not be loaded. (Item: Lutron Sunnata Touch Dimmer Switch with Wallplate with LED+ Advanced Technology, for LED and Incandescent, 3 Way/Multi Location, STCL-153MW-WH, White) Switches and Wall Plates are normally sold separately. So, it’s a plus that this kit includes both. On top of that, the wall plate they included is the CW-1-WH Screwless plate (a very nice upgrade from the standard wall plates with top/bottom screws showing). Pricing for the item is a bit expensive. But, it’s a seasoned, reliable switch. I’ve purchased well over 20 for a recent renovation and haven’t had a single issue. Mounting the dimmer switch is fairly easy if you’re done any type of electrical work. Wiring is straightforward. The back of the dimmer switch (the boxed electrical components that are hidden in the wall) is not very big. So, it’ll easily fit into any standard, single-gang box. There are 2 pieces that come with the wall plate kit. The first is a backing plate and, the second is the screwless cover. After mounting the dimmer switch, the backing plate is centered over it and screwed into the wall. Then, the screwless cover just snaps into place over it. It provides an extremely clean, modern look. Just tap on the top or bottom of the switch to turn the lights on/off. You can also just run your finger over the touch panel (on the right side of the light switch) to select a light level. And, the light on the touch panel will light up to show the brightness level you selected. When turning the lights off completely, the touch dimmer glows ever-so-slightly to make it easy to find the switch in the dark. It’s just bright enough to see but, not bright enough to be any sort of distraction when trying to go to sleep or watch TV. Pretty cool. This dimmer switch has been around for a bit so, it works well with a variety of dimmable LEDs. I used these Lutron Dimmers with the Ensenior Ultra-thin LED recessed ceiling lights (link below) and haven’t had any issues whatsoever with flickering or buzzing sounds. Novel light bar for dimmer level, easy to install
I have tried multiple dimmer types over the last few years, and I think this one has the best implemented dimmer features. The touch bar to slide and set the dimmer is pretty awesome. The light bar is bright when using the dimmer, but subdued when the switch is off. As mentioned in the product features, the soft glow at night helps spot the switch in the dark. Although this dimmer supports LED bulbs, I use it with fixtures which still have incandescent bulbs. Why? Because it's a room that we rarely have the lights on in, and the soft on and soft off feature also helps significantly extend the life of the bulbs. That is one feature that I think is absolutely essential for dimmers: A soft ramp to on, and a soft ramp to off. With incandescent bulbs, it gently heats the filament and reduces the thermal shock to it. This significantly extends the life of incandescent bulbs. In fact, I have had the same incandescent bulbs in one fixture for over nine years now. I highly recommend this dimmer for someone looking for something that is still easy to use, and offers some of the best dimmer features.
