Product itself is good, the smell is ... not

From the minute I opened this package I could smell the scent. It's the kind of old lavender and rose that the grandma who had rose and camilla wallpaper, plastic couch covers, a constant rose potpourri going on the kitchen pass through, an orange or avocado green sink and tub combination in the bathroom, you know, decor that hadn't changed since the 60's, 70's? You have to like that scent and be ready to live with it allllllll day, because grandma 's rose and lavender has staying power!!! The next DAY your hair will still smell like grandma's house! Because I am poor, I had to use the stuff, but I could not wait to use it up and get it out of my house. I DO like this brand and the formula is great as always, but my goodness the scent is best left to Grandma.

I have so many pros for this

I have the Citrus shampoo, I have never used the conditioner or the rose scented ones. Something important, I have very very thick and unruly wiry hair (that’s also pin straight oddly enough). I have about five or six different products to detangle it to make it slight manageable. When I got my package I did notice a bit of leakage but maybe it was from another set of bottles because mine were fine? The smell hit me, I was in love at first sniff. It does have a rosy smell of course but also a (don’t laugh, I can’t find a better example lol!) playdo after smell of that makes sense. Just on that alone, I’ll never buy another brand ever again. But when I tell you I woke up this morning without having to drench my hair in countless products and literally detangle my hair with JUST MY HANDS. it’s soft, smells like rosy playdo and not a brillo pad like it normally is. This company will forever have a customer, I couldn’t be happier.

Smells Absolutely Amazing

I’ve been searching for what seems forever for a shampoo/conditioner that has a scent that last and still smells great after using heat styling tools. Other expensive hair products have made my hair smell burnt after using hair styling tools but this shampoo/conditioner combo made the cut!

Smells terrific!

This is a favorite scent in our house. If used to long, it leaves our hair kind of greasy. We all have thin to medium thickness, slightly wavy hair. But a use of something clarifying helps.

Search for my products finally over

I'm sure other people with thick and curly hair will understand--spending literal years and hundreds of dollars trying to find the right products for our hair. I have very thick, curly, European hair, for years I've had to cycle between having hair and trying to find products for it, and having to simply cut everything off because it was too much work or I was unable to even keep my hair clean. My struggle is finally over after using this shampoo and conditioner in combination with a shampoo brush. My hair gets so clean and is ridiculously soft, I can hardly believe how soft my hair is when I wash it, especially compared to what it was like before. So glad I gave this a try.
