Nice Counter Stool at a Good Price

First let me say that once assembled, these stools look even nicer than the picture on Amazon. The seat cushion seems exceptionally well made, pretty, and even more padded than the picture appears. It is difficult to see in the Amazon picture, but the wood piece at the top of the seat back is a very dark color (dark red shade brown). Assembly is straightforward as there are just seven pieces to assemble. Straightforward yes, but not simple if you do not have a hex key driver. Using the provided allen wrench is a slow tedious process because the bolts are adjacent to other chair parts that restrict how far you can turn the allen wrench at a time. Not difficult, just tedious. Word of caution, watch out for possible needle sharp spots on the welds where the bolts are fastened. I took an unscheduled blood sample assembling one of these. I recommend these based on their appearance and their nice price.

Very well put together, some assembly but not too difficult. Look and feel great!

Doesn't match with the photo on the website. Three main differences highlighted in the uploaded photo 1. Wood color doesn't match 2. Seat cushion is of different color 3. Metal piece connecting the seat with the back rest is not there. Otherwise looks ok and was fairly easy to put together.

These are very nice. I ordered 2. The seat is very comfortable and the base is iron but not too heavy. Nice and sturdy. I wish I could find them in a set of 2 or 3. Perfect for my counter height.

Not good for homes with pets.

This would be a great stool if the fabric on the seat was a better quality. I have cats and within one hour this fabric had so many pulls in it the stool looked 5 years old! I would not buy this stool if you have pets.

cross threaded screws

Be sure y'all check these chair backs. I did not notice that the wooden piece screwed to the metal back was loose. The chair backs come assembled. So after I missed the Amazon return window, I found both the screw heads stripped and the bolts cross threaded into the wood. My bad.

Bad product

Took three days to put together, wooden back was cracked, and holes in seat didn't match the installation places for the holes in the back. Went through 3 handymen before it got put together. It's also VERY heavy and hard to move. Choose another product.

Wrong assembly parts

Got these bar stools and was excited to put them together, until we realized the assembly is TERRIBLE. And the nuts and bolts don't match, so they won't even go together. Save yourself the trouble and get different bar stools.
