Something wrong

This is the third leader pump we have had in the course of 19 years. So averaging almost 10 years each that seems to be reasonable. However, this pump came in and has been installed and working with a strange problem. The handle was loose and one of the two screws that attaches to unit out. It appears the two screws or where they attach are stripped and will not tighten. Other than to lift the unit in place the handle has no function to the pump. I can only hope this shotty situation is only the handle and not the pump.
