Expect To Make A Few Home Depot Runs.............

I guess this is more of a review of the installation process. First of all, the installation instructions are horrific. Very general. The hot\cold pipes aren't very long, so at one point I had to remove the black gasket that supports the faucet so the pipes would extend longer underneath the sink. Had to replace the hot\cold pipe lines front underneath the sink to flexible ones, which was not a big deal. Also, had to purchase a tube extension that connected from the drain tube (which is provided) to the tube underneath the sink. There was also some leakage underneath the drain, so make sure you put some plumbers putty under the drain and in the vicinity. On top of all this, when I finally got all the pipes connected and a few Home Depot runs, the water was not flowing out consistently. It was very low water pressure. Turns out there was some debris in the faucet cartridge part that caused this, thus that had to be removed and cleaned as well. Other than that, aesthetically, it's a nice looking faucet. Just wish the installation went more smoothly. I suggest buying a more reputable brand item if you're worried installation might be too laboring, because it sure was.

Nice look, no instructions included, lots of plastic

Update after 3+ years - the faucet is still working well, however within 6 months the finish wore off on one part. It's now a lighter brown and looks sort of bleached out, but Wasn't. I will replace when I can afford to, even though it works, it looks bad. Original review: The faucet itself is attractive and heavy, sturdy looking and feeling. The inner workings are all plastic fittings, though they seem to be a good grade, who knows how long they will last. There were absolutely NO instructions included, and as others have mentioned, no supply lines included. If I had not already installed a few faucets, I would have been very upset and clueless as to how to do it. If you are a novice, maybe pick another faucet or make sure you find instructions online. My favorite thing in the list of parts was the "Problem Shooting" section... It sure doesn't cover much. I would imagine there are many problems if you don't know what you are doing!

Great for the price!

We installed this faucet about 30 days ago, and are very happy with the performance. The color is a bit darker than what I've usually seen advertised as "oil-rubbed bronze", but it works well with other oil-rubbed bronze materials in our bathroom. The faucet is very heavy, there are no markings or blemishes on it. The installation is easy, although the instructions are very poorly written, with misspelled words and poorly labeled diagrams. Not good for a novice installer, but an experienced installer could get through them without a problem. The instructions do state to use certain tools and products but don't instruct where or when to use those specific tools. The handles screw on, but only have three threads so not very sturdy. I would not recommend drinking water from the facet for the first few days after installation because it will taste very metallic. Probably due to the casting process and went away after a few days. Good product for the price.

Nice look, easy to install, one issue

The faucet looks great, just what i expected. Comes with all the parts you need to install. I bought four of them all at once. The only issue I had was two of them had the plastic gasket that goes between the sink and the counter was not a good fit. It was obviously off by about a 1/4 inch. I ended up cutting the gasket in the middle and carving a peice off to make it fit. Other than that it came out great. I'll up load some photos of what came in the box when I'm done here.

Satisfied

I've had a set of these for about a year now, and I have had no problems. The valves show no indication of wear or leaking. No problems with the finish. The connections are a bit short, and that made install a challenge -- they were just long enough to get through the 3/4" countertop, so I had to cut out the underlayment.

Nice Faucet but didn't work for us

We liked the faucet and it seemed to be well built. We have a tile counter top and the brass water line connectors on the bottom were too short. They are 1.5 inches long and we found that most other faucets are 2 inches. We ended up purchasing some Delta faucets that worked for us.

Good value

These are good quality for the price and were easy to install. We bought a set for the hall bathroom several years ago, and loved them so much, we just bought another for our master bedroom. If you have really hard water (as we do), I recommend following the instructions for their care.

I usually find these too short in both directions to comfortably use in small sinks, call it a pet-peeve. This one is just a little taller and deeper than the box store cheap-y(ies). So there's less splatter, reaching, hitting the back of the sink, etc.
