Good quality finish, but not quite tall enough.

This was meant to be mounted to a sub-floor. We have a slab floor and had to break some tile to get down to the water connections in the slab. Then we had to create a stable mount below floor level, so we could cover the area with tile again. Plumber cost for the floor work (including putting a below floor level drain channel for the new tub) was $900. Put that along with the cost of the faucet and tub and this was a pricey bathroom upgrade. I wish there was an option for longer arms up to the faucet.

You get what you pay for - Worth it

The media could not be loaded. Very high quality. Looks great. Works great. Install was easy/intuitive. I have to figure out how I’ll keep it free from water spots.

Nearly Impossible to Install without leaks

This claw foot tub filler is beautiful. I love it - it is heavy, beautiful design, but has been an absolute nightmare to install the connections with the water without leaks. Fortunately my husband knows plumbing and persevered because the connections and instructions are all wrong. The connectors provided with the kit were the wrong size. Ultimately he had to purchase appropriate sized connectors. Installation of this occupied an entire weekend in order to install without leaks.

I almost didn’t order this because of past reviews. We have a slab floor and was concerned this would be hard to install. Not the case, we made a wood platform and the plumber installed it with no problem. We love it and looks great.

Pretty Cool!

This worked out perfect with my new ball foot stand alone tub.. cool looks, functions great, and I just love it, east to use handle. Better than I expected, worth every cent!

Do not recommend

These faucets are beautiful. However, they leak. I bought this one, and had a plumber install it. It was a leaky mess. I blamed the plumber, and had a second plumber try to fix it. He said it had pin holes in the threads. My second Kingston faucet I bought at home depot. That one also leaked. Moral of the story, they look great, but aren't very functional.

Not happy.. have to return for refund.

The positives: Seems like decent quality, perfect height for my slipper bathtub and color/style looks beautiful. Negatives: Plumber had partially installed it when noticed the shower wand came damaged, but hadn't turned on the water, so can't say anything about whether it leaks or not. They didn't offer exchange or replacement of that single piece, so have to remove it all, pack it back up and return and reorder the whole thing and start over!! Such a pain!! Not to mention plumber fees to get nowhere! Ugh!!! Box was obviously damaged in shipping.

Base of faucet designed wrong, will not seal

Observe the faucet stand pieces, the 90 degree bend after which the actual faucet connects has a flat face to allow the faucet threaded connections to compress the rubber washer against the full surface to seal. This is a good thing. The bottom of the stand pieces, however, use a threaded brass fitting with the same rubber washer seals - but there is no flat surface on the stand pieces to seal against - instead it is a bevelled 1" tube that literally squeezes the rubber washer into the bore and then does not seal and leaks. This is a 100-percent faulty engineered product that clearly demonstrates they have not tested this product for actual use. The stand pieces should incorporate a flat sealing surface on the bottom of th stand pieces or - even better - a 3/4" pex crimp fitting. For a nearly $1000 faucet this thing is terrible quality. Also, the faucet handles are cheap. The wall-mount sink faucet I have has authentic, retro tear-drop shaped handles, while this one has thin flat handles. Frankly, it looks terrible in comparison and definitely not retro looking. Awful product. I will be demanding a refund.
