ALWAYS SOMETHING!
I really love the style of this suitcase. But there's always something every time I purchase it. Latest...There's a combination already set on the lock so I can't open it. I purchased it new so clearly someone put it on. Last and final chance for me. I may have to find a different brand. Very disappointed.

Definitely should be about $20 cheaper
The media could not be loaded. Looks amazing! Super lightweight, doesn’t smell too bad (plastic) and I love the gem shape. However, based on how often I have traveled, this is not going to be as durable as they claim. I could poke a dent in it with my fingers.. that being said it’ll work for a carryon with no huge problem but I f it needs to be checked, I wish you luck and hope you don’t have glass or breakables inside your case. Can’t wait to get some miles on this bad boy tho. Also ~ still wondering if the wheels pop off?

Never ending:
Okay, when I first received the suitcase I was so worried it would be too small and then I opened this beauty. You have your main space when you first open the suit case and then there’s a second spot with a zipper, and thennnn on that there’s two separate pockets and then a tiny little zipper pocket in the main spot where you can pack your unmentionables, money, or whatever else you may need. The plus for me other than all the pockets, is that it also locks! So I don’t have to worry about anyone going through my suitcase. Perfect price, beautiful color, and plenty of storage.

Cute and functional
Love love love! the design of these suitcases. The color combination is great! The wheels roll smoothly and the handles slide with eas. I’ve never actually used the code to lock it though. My only complaint is that they do tend to scuff up easily if you’re not careful with your packing.

Used once and they were ruined.
These bags are gorgeous for starters. The material ruins easily, I used them once and had to return. They damage so easily, sad, I loved the luggage. Disappointing!!

Beautiful Set!
This luggage is simply Beautiful! I received a lot of compliments while traveling. It has a lot of space and nice compartments. It is easy to use and identify. The two issues with this color is you can see every dig and scratch. I have only used it once and their are a lot of scratches and marks from their handling the luggage at the airport. Also, the luggage itself is a little heavy before you put items in it so make sure you weigh it before you go to the airport because it may be over the pounds.

VERY poor product.
WOW! Absolutely beautiful! Shinny, such a beautiful blue, pattern also beautiful. Inside well divided. I found it a little bit heavy, especially the 28”. The 20” was perfect in weight. PROBLEM: Last Wednesday I flew out of Calgary AB Canada with my brand new shinny luggage. It was so perfect and yes, beautiful. I arrived in Toronto at 5:58 am. Waited for my bags to show up and there it came towards me just sitting there and being delivered. Well, horror of horrors. Yes, it was still in one piece, still sturdy, no broken parts..... BUT the outside, the beautiful shinny blue was scratched, I mean scratched all to hell, surface scratches, deep scratches.... it looks like it’s been used 1000 times. That was my first time using it. So my question??? Why would a suitcase manufacturer make something so attractive KNOWING that it would get through one flight without extensive damage. Honestly if I could have given this luggage and 0 that’s exactly what I would have given it.

Do Not Purchase
Purchased this carry on for a trip august 2022 and the zipper completely broke during first trip just by shifting in upper compartment of plane!!!! Had to carry the luggage off the plane I was super embarrassed. Please if you’re reading this do not purchase this you will regret it. I had it less than a month and my money has gone down the drain. Do not purchase from this company quality is extremely poor.
