Don’t match screws

I have a karman wheelchair and these don’t match the screws off my old one. Now I have to go Through customer service for a refund. What a headache. Be careful and measure first before purchasing. Maybe these are for the new models.

Can not use!!!!!!

The holes did not match up and cannot use. Need to return 2 of them! No use for them.
