No foldable backrest, no elevating legrests

I ordered the Karman 802N-DY-E 16 inch wheelchair because of the features. The wheelchair was supposed to have a backrest that folds down, which is important if you want to transport the wheelchair in your SUV upright. And it was also supposed to have elevating legrests. After ordering, the item arrived very fast; however, it was not as described. The backrest was of a fixed construction, and the legrests were not elevating. Definitely a cheapened version. Of course I requested replacement, which was promptly delivered. However the replacement was no different from the wrong item. A fixed, non-folding back and non-elevating legrests. Beware of the misleading description for this wheelchair. I am giving it two rather than only one star because the wheelchair was lightweight as described, and because Amazon provided a refund.

POOR QUALITY

Poor quality. Ultra thin covering on front wheels - must have run over a stone or something in parking lot and lost piece of tire covering 1/8" by 3/4" Also the left armrest catch does not seat sufficiently and thus the armrest pops up with very little pressure. I don't know the warranty period.

Do NOT purchase!!!

Product received was NOT the one described on-line. Purchase was a waste of money, had to be replaced soon after receipt.

The back should've been much strong

I didn't had it a month good and the back break and not only on one side all 2 side... I had to buy some L brackets like it shows in the picture to fix it
