Stylish Lamp with One Big Drawback

Overall, this is a very attractive lamp. It's easy to assemble, comes with a sturdy all-weather chord, and the bulb is well protected from the elements. A 40 watt equivalent LED bulb is included in the box. I found the bulb a bit too bright so I swapped in a 25 watt equivalent LED bulb. I'm using the lamp as an accent light for my patio, so the lower wattage bulb is much better for my application. One big draw back to this lamp is the lack of an on / off switch. That's correct. The only way to turn this lamp on is by plugging it into a wall socket. You must unplug the lamp to turn it off. If your socket is easily accessible, it might not be that big of an issue other than having to bend over and align the prongs with the socket. If your socket is not so easily accessible (behind a chair or some other object), you might want to consider another lamp. As a work-around to this glaring draw back, I purchased an outdoor rated timer ($20 on Amazon) into which I plug the lamp. The timer comes with a phone app from which you can program the timer via your home wi-fi network. You can also control the timer through Alexa via voice commands. With the lamp plugged into the timer, the lack of an on / off switch is now moot. The lamp seems well made and sturdy. It sits in a protected corner of my patio, so it's doubtful the wind would topple it.

Very unstable product.

Very unstable product. Not suitable for a lanai location that could be suseptable to even a slight breeze.

Unique Style

You never know exactly what you'll get when you order online, but the whole family is impressed with this lamp. We are in the process of decorating the patio and have connected the lamp to Alexa so can turn it on and off inside the house and enjoy the ambient lighting filtering in from the patio.
