Great swing weight!

I bought this for my son to help him build up his swing speed. It’s a little bit in the heavier side for him but perfect for building up his strength!!

Inexpensive swing weight for warming up

I did some research on the benefits of adding weight to a golf club for practicing and training. There's one side that claims the extra weight helps increase swing speed, but another side that feels the extra weight is only to be used for warm up and not for speed training; the reasoning is that there are fast-twitch muscles that help increase distance and those aren't worked by constantly swinging a heavier weight club. Nonetheless, these "donut" weights are easy to use and inexpensive. These are made of steel and coated in a vinyl material. It weighs 147 grams and just barely fits over an oversized/jumbo grip. They seem safe enough to slip over graphite shafts, but I take no chances and only use them on my long irons and short irons. Overall: 5/5 stars

Perfect for every golfer

I used to warm up by gripping 2-3 clubs at a time, but this is much simpler and so small that everyone has room for it. Perfect for warming up and well made and sturdy so I'm sure it will last for years and years to come!

Very good and easy to use and storage in the bag.

Good for warm up. Can put it anywhere in my bag. Before to start a round I often use it to warm up, it is great.

To loosen up with

Really like a swing weight to loosen up with. This one goes on your driver helps with that first tee shot.

this is a good choice IMHO

The three stars are not a measure of quality. It's just hard to imagine how something as basic as a swing weight can be REALLY outstanding. It does what it is designed to do and does it well. Price seemed fair. If you want one, this is a good choice IMHO.

This is excellent for warming up prior to hitting golf balls. Rubber coating protects the club head very well.
