LOVE JBU!

Shoe is exactly as pictured. Love the shade of red ... not a bright vibrant red, but a nice red that will wear well with most anything. Put them on and felt immediate comfort and good fit. I ordered a 7.5, and they fit perfectly. I can wear 7.5-8, but I find the JBU to run "just a tad" large so my usual 7.5 is what I order in JBU. There are several lovely colors, and I'll look for another color soon. Yes, I recommend and will purchase more.

We just returned from a vacation in Spain. I packed tennis/walking shoes and a pair of Jamby jbu shoes. I wore the JBU shoes everyday and never wore the tennis shoes. The JBU's were cofortable and sturdy walking on the cobble stones and uneven street surfaces. When we returnd home I ordered 2 more pairs in different styles and colors. These are a one of my new pairs!

Comfortable everyday shoe

Glad to be wearing Jambu again. I wish the strap was adjustable so it fit tighter over my arch. I had to adjust my walk to get used to the space between my arch and the strap. Still, a comfortable shoe with support, and a nice light gray color for warmer weather.

comfortable shoes

I like this pair of shoes. Their color is vibrant and they are airy so do not leave a smell. I had to put a shoe sole though in mine, size 8, which is my regular size. I have slim feet so although the length is perfect, my feet still moved a bit inside the shoes without a sole. Very comfy though and I am happy with my purchase.

TWO DIFFERENT SHOES??

Not really sure how to rate these shoes. I ordered my usual size 9, medium width. They look just as expected. I LOVE the styling of this shoe - it's very cute and flattering with the somewhat diagonal strap instead of a "choker" strap around your ankle or a "Mary Jane" strap straight across. The "Nude" is a nice, very light beige (looks darker in my photos, though) and would be great with a variety of clothes. I examined them carefully (soles, stitching, insole, etc.) and they looked fine. When I put them on, (no socks), the *right* shoe fit perfectly comfortably. No rubbing or squeezing - in fact I would say "comfortably loose." I could wiggle my toes and yet it felt secure and stable. Then I put on the *left* shoe -and it felt quite different! I realize that no two feet are exactly the same, but I don't remember having this issue with any of my other shoes. The height of the toe box feels smaller/shallower, especially at the base of big toe, so I can't move my toes at all, and there is no air circulation. The top of the shoe that covers the base of my toes, feels like it's pressing into my skin and I am worried that it will cause an irritation as I walk. It seems to me that the curve of the shoe at this point is different on the left shoe - cut a bit higher/longer (even as little as 1/8 of an inch higher) and just enough to feel quite different on your skin! Since the shoe is made of synthetic material and not leather, I am afraid that waiting for it to stretch or soften a bit in this area will be useless. When I made the purchase, I think it said "last one." So, I like them enough that I will keep them and take the risk.... I hope you find yours perfect!

Love these shoes!

I bought 2 pairs of this type of shoe in size 11 wide, slightly different styles and colors (one was a Mary Jane backless, the other a Mary Jane with straps and back) several years ago. Loved them, but in the last 2 years I have lost 50 pounds (Woo-hoo!) and now my feet swim in them. So I decided to try this pair - JBU by Jambu women’s Bellerose Mary Jane flat, Red, 10 US - and they fit perfectly with some knee-hi hose. I look forward to wearing them to church in warmer weather, and now that I know they fit, I plan to buy a pair of boots by Jambu in size 10 as well for colder weather. My gardening boots are always covered with grass and mud, so a dedicated (and much cuter!) pair for colder weather outings will be perfect. Hope this review helps, and God bless!

Buying a different style instead

My daughter is about to leave on a church mission and needs quality, comfortable shoes that will withstand hard use. Her summer shoes are required to be closed toe and closed heel which limits the options, but Jambu provides several styles that could work. My daughter chose this style, but then I saw reviews showing breakage in the toe area. We can’t take the chance that these will break, so they’re going back. Also, we bought her normal size 7.5, but they’re big on her. Her feet tend to be regular width with tapered toes that don’t need a lot of room. We’ll try the size 7 on the next pair.

Love and comfort

I love how comfortable these shoes are however they are made with either latex or glue that I’m allergic to. But love the look also! I think if it were real leather instead it might not cause the same allergic reaction?

Hermosos y súper cómodos!!!

Llegó antes de lo esperado y están hermosos y súper cómodos, me quedaron muy bien, éstoy encantada con mí compra. Se los recomiendo ???? pues son suavecitos y su plantilla es muy cómodo. Fascinada con mís zapatos ????
