I HAVE NEVER HAD SO MUCH FUN PLAYING A GAME BEFORE!!!!

My son (26) and I really wanted to try this - as we avidly watch the 'That Chapter' mystery videos on YouTube. We are both pretty analytical - but we started with the easy 2-star game. (The Dive Bar) - It said it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour to solve the crime - but it took us 3 hours and we enjoyed EVERY SINGLE moment of this!! - It was easy to follow the clues - but breaking the codes was a little challenging (we needed both of our brains to figure these out) - and we refused to look at the answer until we felt that we had eliminated every other possibility! - We ended up 'finding the correct killer' and so I have ordered the other 4 games from Amazon as a 'bulk' deal - I think that this could be a new addiction! - I highly recommend this to anyone who has an 'inner detective' residing inside of them! - I have never had so much fun playing a game before! - but it does require the kind of player who is committed to solving the mystery! If you find yourself getting frustrated - then sit it aside and go back to it! - it is well worth the wait- but we did not get frustrated - just more driven to solve it! * Since we wrote all of our notes on side paper - and kept the game, itself, pristine - I also think it will be easy to re-sell this online as it is a game that can only be played once (by the same players).

Great Date Night in!

This was so much fun! Both my husband and I loved it and plan to do more. We did have to use the hints to help decipher some of the codes because there was alcohol involved (lol) but other than that we were easily enough able to figure it out! Highly recommend, especially for couple’s night!

Great time with husband

My husband and I took the game to a brewery to celebrate our anniversary. It took us a little over 2 hours but we were busy eating and drinking too. Very fun and looking forward to buying more.

Super fun!

My husband and I got a rare weekend away from our kids, dog, and real life. We discussed things we were going to do, and decided that it would be a great time to do our first Hunt A Killer Game. We had a blast and can't wait to do our next one.

Great game

My daughter and her friends played it and loved it! I took a while to figure out and that was the great part about it. The only down part is once the game is done there's no playing it again unless you forget. It's one of those you put away for years down the road and then pull it out again to play

Good for beginners!

Fun mystery to play and we liked the detail and variation of props. However, it is an easier mystery so I'd recommend to play with beginners!

Great game to spend an afternoon.

We love to spend time solving murder mysteries. This one did not disappoint. If your only objective is to figure out who was the perp, then you may find that this is not so challenging as some people said — the box states this is an “easy” puzzle after all. HOWEVER — there are webs of deceit, acrimony, intrigue and even revenge that are not so easy to see at first glance. If you are like us and like to cogitate over every piece of evidence, and try to find patterns and connections, you will find this game a well thought out puzzler with no fillers. Everything is connected and every puzzle has a logical reason to exist. One of our favourites so far!

Not value for money

Arrived ahead of time given-excellent but box was damaged but all contents were complete and not damaged. Very easy to solve. Opened wallet within 2mins of reading victims diary. Very poor value for money

Enjoyable evening!

Played this game on our date night. It was well done. Took us just over an hour. You will need a paper and a pen to take some notes. Solution takes some thinking. We will definitely be trying a game like this again.
