Love these!!

I had an issue with a pacifier I had received but the customer service was very kind and helpful. They responded very quickly and helped with my needs. My baby will only take the itzy ritzy pacifiers and I love them!

DANGEROUS! DON'T BUY

For the safety of your baby, do NOT purchase these. Within a week, we noticed while cleaning one that the tip was barely hanging on. We checked the other one and the same was true. We're all lucky it didn't separate while my son was sucking. He would have aspirated and died in his sleep. I am requesting a refund upon return but this is absolutely unacceptable, this should never have happened, I am so angry. They clearly didn't do a quality inspection. We've purchased this brand before and trusted them because we never had issues before. Please please please don't buy these soothers.

Cute, sturdy, and does the job

My wife picked this set because the colours were cute. But not only is it cute, our daughter actually likes it. She doesn't take it all the time, but when she does, she's content and happy. The only downside is that because our daughter is a newborn, she manages to whack the pacifier out of her mouth with her flailing hands because the handle is quite big. But other than that, we really like this product.

Good for an older babe

My newborn did not like these, I believe they were too long as he often gagged on them. Now he is almost 6 months and while he is currently cutting teeth, he loves them! They seem to fit better as he isn't gagging when suckling on them, he loves to hold the handle and chew on it. No issues now, but maybe not the best option for a smaller babe.

The only ones our baby will use!!

These are the only pacifiers our baby likes!! She has been using these since week 1, and she’s now 9 weeks old and still loves them! We tried Nuks, avent, and a few others just to give her some variety, but nope! It’s these ones or bust! The colours are cute (we have 6 in total) and we just wash them with hot soapy water every few days to make sure they’re fresh. Would recommend!!

Packaging in rough condition

Disappointed with the condition of the packaging as I purchased for part of a baby shower gift. It looks like it’s old and been tossed around a bit. If for personal use they are super cute and hopefully she likes them but I was pretty bummed about conditioner. Soothers themselves are not ruined though.
