So disappointed
I am really disappointed. I contacted customer service because the vegan leather on my bag is pealing after just a few months of use. The best they can do is nothing? They said I must be rubbing it on rough surfaces. I am not rubbing or bumping it on rough surfaces. I have had another Itzy Ritzy bag and used it the exact same way and it has very little wear and tear on it after years of use. It was also vegan leather. The surface of the vegan leather is just peeling in places where there is not much friction. I am careful to take good care of my bags. I have really enjoyed being an Itzy Ritzy customer. As a mom of 7, I have carried their bags for years as well as used many other products including toys and pacifiers. I also recommend the brand because of the quality, however I have sadly learned that the customer care is lacking. For an item to peel like this is unacceptable and not normal wear and tear. I guess their quality standards have lowered as well, previous bags did not do this. If they will only stand by products purchased directly from their website and not other merchants such as Amazon, what is the point of selling there? I will no longer purchase or recommend Itzy Ritzy.

Great buy and gift
I got this for my granddaughter and her child. My granddaughter absolutely loves it. She keeps the baby's pacifier in it and always has one ready in her to go bag. It attaches to her bag easily and is easy to take off. Great gift and so reasonably priced. Great buy!

Cute and functional
I keep this attached to my stroller organizer and it’s perfect. It feels very sturdy and well made, and the zipper opens and closes very smoothly. It can easily fit two pacifiers with pacifier clips attached to them. The inside of the case is very easy to wipe down with sanitizing wipes and the outside cleans up nicely with a damp cloth.

Cute and functional
Looks cute and matches the inside of my diaper bag perfectly. I love that it clips on the outside so it’s easy to access. I’m currently using it to store toy leashes and a spare teething toy but it could certainly fit two soothers and a clip.

Looks amazing clipped onto my boss diaper bag. Holds 4 0-6 month pacis (Tommee tippee) and 3 6-18 month paci‘s (tommee tippee street smart) no problem! Has saved me from having to search for a soother so many times. Would work as a great change purse after baby is grown up.

Gorgeous & useful
This paci pod is fabulous quality & super cute. It can be used for of course pacis but also things like air pods, masks, lip gloss etc. It can also go from diaper bag to purse charm because its so trendy. Love it!
