The smell ????????

Love this bag. So many pockets and works great with packing cubes. However I knocked off a star because I’m afraid of damaging the fake leather and because the inside smells awful. I have sprayed with linen spray and left outside in fresh air and it still smells

Great bag!

LOVE this diaper bag. It’s a great size and has a lot of storage space. The material is super soft. I live on a dirt road so the dust doesn’t leave marks on it.

Horrid smell

I absolutely love every part of my diaper bag except the part that it came with a horrid bitter fish smell. I've tried just about everything to get the smell out with no luck. I'm at the point I have to use my old diaper bag from my previous kid because anything I put in this one just picks up the smell and I'd rather my newborn not to wear clothes and diaper that smell like bitter fish. Not sure if others have had this problem. If you wanna try your luck to get one that doesn't stink it is a great diaper bag.

GET IT! Trust me you will love it ????

Wasn’t sure how I was going to like this item compared to the Skip Hop. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I don’t regret this purchase AT ALL. I would by it again 10 times over! Seriously, BUY THIS FRIKKIN BACK PACK FOR YOURSELF MAMA, or BUY IT FOR SOMEONE HAVING A BABY. This is my second child and before I had a Columbia backpack that was great. However, this is like a Mercedes compared to a Honda. lol. The bottom has this awesome rubber so it won’t slip or slide. This helps to also protect it from ripping and wearing out. Also, this is SO SO SO SO EASY to clean. Just simply wipe it down. It has so many pockets and it’s nice that it opens all the way so you can see what you are looking for. Plus this stylish.

Great price for make and space u get....

my daughter is expecting any day,. This is what she wanted so this is what she got.. She going to be a mom of 2,. She needs all that storage,. AND there is plenty,. She needs something easy to carry and still be able to carry more this diaper bag gives her that. Last but not least, the make of this bag is up to date and I think very trendy. I'm glad I got it for her. Great buy.

Backpack of wonders!

I never knew I needed this backpack until I purchased it! This bag has so many useful storage compartments which makes keeping everything super organized! Although my daughter is 2 1/2 it still makes a great bag to take around with us. We keep inside her foldable potty seat and pull ups, wipes, ALL THE SNACKS, as well as activities for her to keep entertained while we’re out. Even though the vegan leather makes it a little heavier than bags made out of nylon, it is very comfortable to wear! I wish I would have known about this bag sooner. This is going to be such an excellent backpack to travel with as well since we’re frequent travelers.

Just buy it, you know you’ve been wanting it

I’ve had multiple bags with multiple children and this has been the best one yet. Not only is it stylish but it’s functional. I love the amount I can fit in it. The straps are also made for a normal sized adult unlike some of the small thin straps of other bags.

Itzy ritzy customer service is awful

I have been a loyal customer to itzy ritzy they make beautiful bags. Part of the reason I purchased mine was because they have a warranty, something very simple broke on my bag that I knew wouldn’t be a big deal to ship (the tassel fell apart) I reached out to itzy ritzy since my return window on amazon was up and they were super rude and told me it was my problem basically. They lost one loyal customer due to the awful customer service. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them especially if it can’t even hold up a couple months for a $200 bag.. very disappointed

not worth the hassle especially for the price you pay.

Had an awful fishy smell when I received. Despite my best efforts I couldn’t get the smell out and ended up returning. Really disappointing when you go to use all the stuff in your expensive new diaper bag and everything inside of it smells like fish. According to many google searches this happens when leather items are not stored properly. The zippers were also a little hard to work and I could tell at one point if not opening slowly it would break. Amazon customer service was great and said they would send me a replacement but I didn’t feel like waiting 2 months for a replacement so I returned.

Most beautiful diaper bag

This bag is so beautiful and practical! It’s huge, like seriously I was shocked when I received it! Lol it fits soo much stuff and you can keep it organized pretty well. My only complaint is I don’t get to use it often enough ???? I finally found a diaper bag that truly meets all my needs! Will update if I run into any issues…

AH-MAZING cannot stress enough how great this bag is

Amazing bag! Extremely nice looking and stylish. Super comfy and durable. Plenty of room for all the baby needs and mommy needs for a day out. It’s actually insane what I am able to fit into this bag. The backpack style makes life so much easier and it’s way more comfortable than the purse style I had before this. The material is very wipeable which is a must. The pacifier case and packing squares have allowed me to take the organization of this bag to the next level. Would 100% recommend and I will definitely be using it as my own travel bag long after it’s use as a diaper bag!

Problems with the Zippers

My wife bought this diaper bag in October for her friend who was having a baby in January. She loved the design of the bag, but two of the zippers broke shortly after she began to use it. By that point, the return window had already closed, so she is pretty disappointed as it isn’t very useful if it can’t be zipped up.
