Very soft but run large

I’m giving these 4 stars for potential because the material is so soft and they seem like they could be cute if you’re able to order a size or two down. These do seem to run large even for a paper bag/loose style. I have narrow hips, ordered size 23 and it fit more like a 24/25. Really wish these worked for me because the material feels like It would hold up well over time and I like the comfy style, but I just looked like a kid in mid fitted shorts unfortunately
