WOW for sensitive skin !!!

Took a leap of faith when ordering this & am so grateful! Smells good, clean ingredients, great spray nozzle that distributes evenly! I’ve got really sensitive/ combo skin since I finished Accutane a year ago & this has been so gentle on me. Forgot my moisturizer when traveling and used this instead to get some moisture and skin felt great. I even use it at the prep stage, while I put on my makeup & after I’m finished - my skin is thankful! Try it! It’s affordable & high quality, it’s my new fav!

Know how to use this product

Tried different sprays to add to my moisturizing routine: this product, rosewater & Tatcha (effective but very expensive - and needs that same pat of extra water - see below). This product stands out as effective for keeping my face hydrated at a reasonable price, though the scent is quite unpleasant (I just grin & bear it till it evaporates). Using this on top of my hyaluronic serum is kinda redundant (there's hyaluronic acid in the ingredient list here), but spraying it on after applying moisturizer (before makeup if in the morning, as the last thing I use at night), then patting some tap water on top, really makes the moisturizer last... all night! The key is to pat some water on top of the Honest Beauty spray, since the hyaluronic acid wants to suck water from any source. Just give it that extra bit of water and the spray really retains that moist, just-sprayed feel. I also use the spray toward the end of the day, when the face has dried out (suntan lotion & makeup can dry you out) and wrinkles begin to get that "etched in" look. Same drill: spray, then pat some water over the affected areas. It restores moisture very effectively & smoothes out the lines. Rating it a 4 star due to the unpleasant scent. Have moved onto a rosewater which only has aloe but no hyaluronic acid (I have serum so don't need it). A far more pleasant user experience! That said, if I find I need that afternoon pick-me-up, I'll be back to this spray. Or thanks to another reviewer, check out Burt's Bee's product.

It's a fine mist!

Pun intended! I live in the desert so I try a lot of facial mists and this one continues to be my favorite. The mist is very fine so it is pleasant and doesn't mess up your makeup. It feels moisturizing without being heavy and has never caused any irritation or breakout. The scent is very light and pleasant. And I like that its from a company I feel good about and doesn't test on animals.

Great! But the scent.....

This stuff is so good for my face but the scent is not Watermelon. At all. It's like a musk or woodsy scent. I like it though and will repurchase.

Smell is terrible

It says "Watermelon" on the product information so when I sprayed it on my face, I was expecting the smell to be fruity. Instead, it smelled really bad, some sort of herb, maybe eucalyptus or something but it was strong and unpleasant. Since the smell is so strong and unpleasant, I do not use this outside when I am out and about and at work. I use it at home only so no one else has to smell it. UGH.

I really love this item. I have on auto ship and I have them everywhere. My office, car, bathroom, bedroom. I gives my skin a moisturized feel and dewey complexion. I can’t go a day without it. I spray myself constantly. My co workers at first thought I was nuts now They come to my desk to spritz themselves down. The cooling effect is also a great mid day refresher for a pick me up. Only 4 star on quality due to the sprayer itself. I seem to use it for a little and it sprays as a midst and then it turns into a stream which is annoying. Not all bottles do this but would say more than 1/2 I have ordered eventually do this so I started to save my old sprayers so I can switch them out of one stops working. Other than that....love this item!!!

Refreshing Pick Me Up

I originally bought this on the company’s website when they launched the line. I had a promotional credit and needed a “toner” for my skin care regimen. It was similar to a high priced brand I was using (one with a salon name). I was hooked on this one. The “slight”, and I mean SLIGHT, fragrance was identical to the brand I had been using. I can use it as part of a skin care routine or for our dry heat 110°+ temps. Go outside to check the mail, come in and spritz it on my face – rejuvenating, refreshing, and doesn’t hurt my skin at all. For my sensitive, or as I call it hyper-sensitive, skin – this is non irritating. I’ve found my tap water is more harsh. I’ve even taken it on road trips to refresh on stops. I’m just glad I can get it a bit more affordable here on Amazon, as well as it being available for subscribe and save.
