Attractive But Shorter Than Advertised

Once assembled, this is an attractive stool. the instructions were str5aightforward however assembly was a tad fussy due to the number of little parts. some of the holes were testy but I managed to get it assembled. The faux suede cushion nice and I liked that the sit is large. It swivels smoothly. Sturdy, it is quite heavy but doesn't wobble or wiggle. Mine was not 24 inches high, however. It was just a smidge over 22 inches. Not a deal breaker for me but may be for some.

Great Look, Study, Attractive Design

We are pleased with the delicate back design of the stool, blends nicely with our existing dining chairs. This is important to us as we have an open kitchen dining area; a formal or informal setting. The brown powder coat finish and beige seat match our decor perfectly. The assembly requires nimble fingers for the many small Allen bolts and spring washers. The instruction page with detailed step by step instruction is excellent. The assembly went smoothly. We are disappointed in the height; the Hanover stool is designed for a lower counter than ours, a full two inches shorter than our existing stool. We like the stool so will find ways to get the best possible use for it.

Well made, comfortable

It arrived built - I like that! It's really nice. comfortable, clean locking, the chair swivels smoothly, and is very stable. It's quite heavy, which adds to its stability. The detailing on the back is strong, comfortable to sit on, and resilient against knocks and dings. The cushion is also strong, comfortable to sit on for longer times, and good at bouncing back into shape. A very good bar stool

The welding on the chair is unacceptable blobs in some spots and no weld in other spots

Craftmanship and welding is not up to par.

The stools seems sturdy after its put together, it’s also heavy. I’m disapointed in this counter stool. It’s not up to par for me. The welding on the chair is un-even, and not a professional job. The seat is large, but not comfortable, it’s hard, not padded well. Its not 24 inches high, its 22 to 23 inches, and does not match up to my other 24 inch counter stools. Does not Swivel easy at all, or needs to be used more! After it was put together the grease underneath for the swivel Came ozzing out on my husbands hands! The seat is washable. Fabric looks good, although could be sewed better, and thicker. Craftsmanship should be better. That said, when you buy something new ,and after you take the time to put the whole thing together you notice Everything , and we certainly did on this stool! The design is nice. After All is said and done, hope my guest will Not notice the poor workmanship on this stool !!!
