not quite a WOK, but wok-ish enough-- and not sticky or rusty!!!

I like how I can use this LIKE a carbon steel wok but without having to season it or deal with rust, the microcrystalline titanium makes a nice hard and smooth non-sticky surface without any chemical coating. I'm not a huge expert in wok cooking but the shape on this one is a bit more large diameter on the flat bottom as compared to my flat-bottomed carbon steel wok. I also like the slight color tint in the cook surface. A bit pricey but I must think its worth it...since I bought it and I'm using it! I like the bowl-like shape which is supposed to contribute to self-stirring liquidy meals and, like a wok, you can use less oil to deep fry more food.

Awesome pan!

Not only is this pan beautiful, but it is functional for all kinds of cooking. Heats evenly, cooks without sticking, cleans easily, fits in my Breville oven(without the lid), and is my favorite pan of all time. Definitely worth the money.

Nice Build Quality, Aesthetically Pleasing, Interesting Surface Texture

Very pleased with the fit and finish. I wouldn't consider this wok heavy but still has enough heft to feel like "quality" if that makes sense. The surface is probably the most interesting aspect - while it's not necessarily non-stick, it is very smooth and has a slick, glossy appeal. When washing, water has a tendency to bead up and slide off, not quite like a newly waxed car mind you but more like a car that was waxed a few months ago.
