Fit is slightly large, fabric is uncomfortable at waist
The good news is that these definitely work - I have a very very tough flow and I wore them on the plane for a long trip and it saved me from having to change in the airplane bathroom. The downside is that the fabric isn't soft - think unbrushed tote bag - and as a result at the waist band my stomach/belly button was irritated. They go very high up. I am a size 10 pants, I got large and they are loose at my stomach which probably didnt help.

I could see these working just fine if you have lighter periods I have seen people say that using these in replacement of tampons “tricked their body into making their period lighter” and if you’re expecting that, you’ll probably be disappointed. Everyone is different but that was not the case for me. My periods lately have been brutal so I wanted to give these a try. Though they are much more comfortable than wearing a tampon/pad/cup etc, if your flow is heavier and you plan on wearing these all day at work, you will probably need to double up. (Which, given the amount that comes in a pack means that you’ll have to rinse and launder the whole set a few times throughout your cycle) For sleeping, I wear one of these with a pair of the thinx boyshorts over them to prevent leaks- which is MUCH more comfy than my previous sleep method- an adult diaper???? For the work day I end up having to double up and just wear baggier pants. They are still much more comfortable than other tampons and pads, but the first day I tried them and just wore one, I nearly leaked by around noon and had to add a pad. Best to do a trial run at home if you’re able, if you won’t be able to keep checking throughout the day when you first wear them.

Works great
I'm not a big fan of tampons but pads were starting to make me break out especially in the summer. So glad I found these. I had no skin irritation and no issues with leaking.

Go a size up !
I really liked these underwear but definitely go a size up. The fabric isn’t as stretchy as I hoped it would be. Covers your bootay for protection. I don’t have a heavy of a flow so I think these are perfect. Easy to wash and Doesn’t stain easily since there is a thick black fabric.

Wanted to love them
Unfortunately, I have had a few run ins with TSS so I can’t wear tampons. I’ve been wearing pads but they can be bulky. Since I started working from home, sitting on a pad for 9 hours minimum can be very uncomfortable. I have 6 pairs in the moderate flow and 3 pairs in the low flow. This style is very comfortable. I usually forget I’m wearing them. My periods are not heavy by any means. With the first package of 3, I felt like after a wash they weren’t holding as much liquid. I followed washing instructions of after every wear I rinsed them in water until the water ran clear. Then I washed all of them in the washer and hung to dry. So when I started leaking I thought I got a fault package. I ordered a 2nd package of the moderate flow and unfortunately am having the same results. I still really enjoy them, but I can’t trust them.

Comfortable, fits right, could be more absorbent
These are really comfortable. Some period panties feel like I'm wearing a diaper, others aren't sized right and feel like they are too tight in spots, but these fit perfectly and comfortably. My only complaint is that I feel like they need to be more absorbent. I have never had an issue with any other period panties I have, but I wouldn't trust these hat night on a medium-heavy flow night.

I love these. If you are sensitive to seams, these are probably not for you. The seam that runs across your bum is somewhat noticeable, but it doesn’t bother me. I love that these are machine wash-AND dry! I use these as a back up and for light flow days. Wouldn’t want to use for heavy flow days just bc I wouldn’t want to change my undies in the middle of the day. I would purchase again.

1/2 clam coverage
If you have no front bum, you may be fine. However, us with one will leak. The front panel goes up about halfway of where it needs to be. Before reading the reviews, I thought maybe I had too robust of a lady crack, but I am not alone. Thankful that my anatomy is not in fact completely bizarre compared to others. I momentarily felt gaslit that it was. I suppose you could continuously yank up the front all day or hunch your body up, and *maybe* there could be enough coverage. If the panel were long enough in the front, I would have given 5/5 stars. I left the remainder out, akin to the front panel.

The seams on 2 of three pairs were serged badly and have holes all along the leg openings.

Love this "magic" underwear!
Had my doubts about whether absorbent underwear would really work, but I've been very impressed with the Hanes Fresh & Dry panties (enough to recommend to friends & give to family). Will translate over time into much less waste and cost for menstrual products. The black three-pack is more practical (and a better value) than the black-and-purple two-pack available in some stores.

Constantly being sent wrong size, cannot comment on product
The listing was faulty so I kept receiving a far too small size, so I cannot comment on quality, but as I kept trying with re-purchases, I can say the product is attractive. The fabric felt nice to the touch.
