softest socks

I have been buying Hanes socks for over 20 years, these are very soft and fit nicely. These have made it to my "buy again" list .

Bad fit: too big AND too small

I got these hoping for COOL socks that were high enough to cover my ankle braces. Amazon suggested this size " based on data from customers who buy the same sizes as you." Well, the foot is much too long, but the elasticized ankle is much too tight. It's very hard to find any cool socks in my size (W9) at any price. I'm tired of returning stuff so will probably offer these to homeless. I'm going to try ordering once more, a 3x more expensive option (Fox River Wick Dry CoolMax Liner Sock, MEDIUM MEN 6-8.5; WOMEN 7-9.5 WHITE). Fingers crossed.

Tight elastic

The foot portion of the socks fits well, and is lightweight. There is no extra padding anywhere in the foot at all. I would not call these athletic socks by any stretch of the imagination. The main drawback is that the entire ankle portion of the sock is very tight and leaves a deep mark in my leg. I’ve already washed and worn them, so cannot return, but will need to buy some other socks to replace them because I can’t use them. Very disappointing.

pilling!

The media could not be loaded. Liked softness & after several washes, fit is much better. Noticed lots of pilling! They don’t look as nice.

kind of tight around the leg

I do love these, they do exactly what they should, no surprises. They stay in place do not hurt or cut off circulation, however, I do have marks around my leg after removing. I would probably get a larger size next time. For reference, I wear a size 8.5 shoe, am ~5.5 weighing ~130. I bought the 5-9 set and wish I opted for the 8-12.....

Bad for active/sports people. Holes!

They're soft and comfy but they're flimsy and not durable. I play volleyball and walk my dog a lot and they got holes immediately.

My Go-to Socks for Jogging

I bought these same socks 2 and a half years ago and they quickly became my go-to socks for jogging. I've worn them for jogging an average of 4 to 5 days a week since then (as well as other times). They only recently began to wear out in the heels, so I really feel like they were a good value. I was glad to see that Hanes is continuing to make them so I ordered another set. I like that they are gray and have perky colors in the toes and heels - for laundry they are easy to sort from my husbands' socks and the colors make me happy!

Good quality but tight on the top.

I've bought these socks before and I can't believe how long they last! They're very comfortable but are tight around the tops. Considering the price and durability I can live with the tops!

SO NO PRODUCT

This product surprised me for Hanes for me was always a go to product alongside others. The beautiful colors are quite appealing to the eye yet receiving them was a disappointment. The sock itself getting a 4 pack is great but seems like they have cheated the product by using a thinner fabric with little to no cushion in them. Hanes has always had more of a cushion to this product yet thus was a disappointing discovery to me. I ordered them online thinking its a go to product that never fails seeing we cannot touch the fabric. I would not recommend this product unless you enjoy the thin no cushion sock????????????DNBAKSIAA

These socks are soft and stretch well. They are not too thick and I love them as they seem good quality....I just hope they last longer than other sport style socks I have tried.
