Auto tension mechanism allows for no strength. Won't strip.

Product looks/godokay. Springs to reopen are in arguably weird positions. Jaws are a much thinner metal only attached after the pivoting point. provide much less force than that applied to the handle, which is hard limited by the design. Tightening the screw that holds everything together had no effect. Won't strip, or fit well, my 22 gauge wire.

Tiny burr

Didnt get to try them yet a tiny almost invisible burr is snagging and preventing them from closing..

Inconsistent

These strippers are sharp, but they were very inconsistent when I first got them. The problem is that the shaft could rotate a bit in the upper jaw, causing the jaws to close inconsistently. I fixed this with a little Loctite 609 on the shaft. After this and careful adjustment they work great. I use them mostly for 30 AWG wire.

This has a nice feel in my hands

This has a nice feel in my hands. The coating on the handles of the pliers has a good nonslip finish on it and fit solidly to to metal preventing slipping off. It also has a comfortable cushion in the hand. The tips and face of the pliers fit tightly and have very good alignment.

A major time saver

This stripper solves the problem for small diameter insulated wire stripping -- no more damage to wire leads due to guesswork as to the actual diameter of the wire.

Would't buy again.

Kind of works but not nearly as well as the typical predefined size stripper.

May snip 30+ AWG instead of strip.

Works as expected except it tends to snip 30 AWG magnet wire instead of stripping it.
