Great Set

I love the design on these and the plates are large, which I like and the edges turn up more sharply from the bottom. I don't care for plates that have a long slope up to the edges. This tends to make sauces and gravies collect more toward the center of the plate. Probably not a big deal to most, but I am rather picky about design. These were a great price and I got the matching storage containers as well.

LOVE the design....but....

Be forewarned....these may be irregulars. The pattern has a fair amount of voids and irregularities. Me thinks these are seconds...like the shoes at DSW; pretty good for the dollar....but not without some kind of something wrong with it.

Great little workhorse dinner set

So I bought these as a temporary set (for a 2nd home location) and expected to get rid of them when we moved home. 6 years later, we're still using them. I even got rid of the set I had at our 1st home because these are better. They have held up amazingly with every day use including dishwashing. They don't get hot just from microwaving & haven't chipped. Great little workhorse set of dishes. I wish they didn't come with coffee cups because I really need to increase my settings & hate to waste money on the cups.

Beautiful, but heavy and feel delicate

They are beautiful but heavier than expected and feel delicate to the touch. I hate breaking glass because it's dangerous to break glass while cleaning it (e.g. by banging it against your sink) -- I've sliced a finger pretty badly on other products twice doing that. I immediately was a bit worried about cleaning these cause of the weight and perceived durability.

Love these dishes!

I bought 3 sets and absolutely love these dishes! Exactly as depicted. The little differences on each piece due to the reactive glazed glass makes the dishes even more beautiful. I wish there were more pieces available like platters, large bowls and salt and pepper but I still highly recommend.

Got these at a discount however they are beautiful.

Very vivid and beautiful colours, the metallic trim is so nice One cup and one bowl were damaged but that could be the reason for the extreme price drop. Lucky for me there are only 3 people in my household! Just be aware that this is the way it is packaged and could possibly be damaged.
