A good medium-warmth jacket and warm weather pants

When I first picked this jacket up, I thought it felt rather thin, but as I opened it up and saw the fuzzy lining I knew it would be warm enough for most fall and winter days in California. I like the snap closures instead of traditional buttons; although she still needs an adult to close the snaps, my child can open them and get out of the jacket without help. The pockets are big enough that she can stash little found treasures, like leaves or pebbles, and the torso is long enough that she is always completely covered. I also really like the joggers, though I think they are a seasonal mismatch with the jacket. The material is a bit thin for winter. I think it’ll be fine for her to wear during the spring, and even in the summer since it’s a lighter-weight material. It is a very soft material with a lot of flexibility, so she is able to move freely while wearing the pants.

The blue plaid pattern is cute and stylish

The jacket has a zip-front closure, making it easy to put on and take off, and the elastic cuffs and waistband provide a snug and comfortable fit. The jogger pants also have an elastic waistband, which is great for accommodating growing toddlers, and they fit well without being too tight or too loose. The blue plaid pattern is cute and stylish, and the set is versatile enough to be worn for different occasions, whether it's for a casual day out or a family gathering. Love the snap buttons, sherpa is nice and warm, pants are thin

This jacket is the star of this outfit. It features warm sherpa lining in the hood and body of the jacket. The arms are unlined. I really love that the buttons are snaps, which is perfect for a young child to do himself. The outward material is flannel and semi heavy. The pants, however, did not match the jacket quality or style. They are really thin and basic. The fit of both jacket and pants were true to size. Overall, the jacket is nice, but the pants are lacking.

Wonderful jacket. Joggers are cool, but less wonderful.

With the description being as it is, I expected the "joggers" to be lined and warmer than they are. They are basic sweatpants, and very lightweight. The jacket is fantastic though - it's great for days when it's not quite cold enough to pull out the heavy coat, but too cold for just a sweatshirt. My five year old absolutely loves the jacket, even though he is unable to do the snaps himself yet. It is a little big on him, but according to their weight chart that's to be expected - apparently my five year old is smaller than your five year old. Despite the lack of lining in the joggers, both pieces are well made and have no loose threads. They hold up well in the wash and didn't shrink on low in the dryer.

A little over priced

The joggers are really thin and nothing to write home about. The jacket has fleece lining on the trunk and hoodie only, not the arms - which I like so that it doesn't feel too bulky. Price-wise, I would not spend more than $20 on this. It is definitely overpriced.

Sizes Seem To Run Big

I have a two-year-old boy that is in 4T/5T and since it's the winter months, he was needing some new winter clothes. I saw this adorable set and decided it would be perfect for when we go out. First, this clothing set does not include a shirt but only a flannel jacket and pants; however, that is okay because I was looking more for a jacket. This set seems to run a little bit, especially in the pants areas. My son tends to wear 5T pants pretty well but since this is a Gerber brand, I noticed that their clothes tend to run a little bigger so keep that in mind when ordering because if you want to use this now I would make recommend checking the size chart and go from there. The quality of the clothes is outstanding as usual because Gerber tends to have really good quality clothes. I do love how thick the jacket is and how thick the pants are, so if you live in a very cold area this is a great outfit to get your child. Overall, due to the reputable brand that we all know and love, they never fail to amaze me with how well their clothes are. The quality of this set is great and I can't wait for my son to grow a little and be able to wear it.
