Where have these been all my life?!

I was using conventional nightlights with 4 or 7 watt bulbs, but they just weren't bright enough, plus I had to turn them on and off manually. And the automatic nightlights I had tried with LED lights were even less bright. I had never seen lights like these before, but they seemed to be just what I needed. I bought the 2-pack and placed one of either side of my rather large kitchen. Now I have plenty of light in the evening after dark and throughout the night. Also, they turn on during those really dark, overcast days. And the best part is that they do it all automatically! Maybe I've just been behind the times, but I'm happy to have found these (better late than never!) and to no longer have to remember to turn those dim, old nightlights on and off!

Worked well until...

It was bright and lasted a decent amount of time. The lights were very useful and lit up a dark space well. Unfortunately one of them started to flicker like crazy every time I plugged it in. It wouldn't stop until I turned it off or pulled it out. I was so hopeful that they would last longer. I didn't buy this product to have to replace it.

Bright

We use this light in the laundry room. It is so bright that it lights the hallway, pretty much making it light e enough throughout the house that we can navigate at night. I also keep the food and water for my dog in the laundry room so that he always has enough light to get to his food.

Very bright

Exactly what i was looking for. I wanted a very bright light for a dark hallway in my home. This product is perfect. It lights up the space perfectly. It's not a night light, its in-between a night light and the built-in overhead light.

I’m OLD…and I have tried many lesser wall lights to light my way into the kitchen at night. This is the only one powerful enough to do so. All others just lit up the light itself. I am so happy and I now feel safe on my kitchen escapades. It throws a lot of light without being obtrusive. You have the option to switch it off altogether when not needed. It’s great, get one for your own safety. ☀️

Works well as an ambient light.

Works well as an ambient light. It is not too bright. It works just enough to light up a small space. Light is Yellowish and NOT white. It is a shame that the packaging says that this is their brightest light when clearly it is not. For the price though, I think it is a good buy. I bought the no sensor version so I can use it with my room plugs that are connected to wall switches.

Very bright!

I use this every night in my kitchen and puts off just enough light. Bright enough to walk around the house but doesn't light up so much that it keeps anyone awake. I only use 1 at a time because they are pretty bright. Love it and would buy again

Blinded by the light!!

These little units pack a punch!! They are insanely bright, almost too bright. I wish they had a dimmer mode, but alas, they do not. They do light up a very large area, however, the auto sensor does not work well, the lights stay on almost always due to this, thankfully they are LED and low wattage. Gave 4 stars for this reason alone. I see other lights by GE that have a dimmer mode and I am going to purchase one those models to test out. This model is very hard on my eyes.

These are amazing!!

These lights are SO bright! I bought a pack for the bathroom and the hallway, and they work perfectly. Some might say that they are too bright, but I'd rather they be too bright than not bright enough.

Great bright auto-sensing (versus motion-sensing) night light

I rated this light 5/5 for motion detection but I didn't purchase/test it for that. I set it to "auto," plugged it into an outlet in the corner of the room, and as the room darkens toward the end of each day the light comes on automatically, very bright, and lights up the corner. It is the brightest night light of all I have purchased. I am very satisfied.

perfect for my Loved One in his care facility bathroom

this night light fit the outlet in his bathroom perfectly. I used it sensor up and "always on" so that he would never be in a dark bathroom. Appreciate just how subltly bright it is. Just right for the space. I say it's subtle in that it doesn't impact his sleep in the main area of his room, but bright enough to guide him to his bathroom and useful for finding his way around. I like how it came in a two pack, so i will have many hours of light before i have to repurchase. Worth the $20 Can.
