An excellent kitchen addon

Enjoy making soup, juice, smoothie and self-clean funtion. Wish it was dishwash safe as it is tough to clean at times when is food sticks.

Doesn't Work

I bought this blender back in June because I wanted it for the house we were about to buy. Fast forward to November 1st and I finally pull it out to use it for the first time. It doesn't turn on. I followed all of the troubleshooting steps, including reseating the pitcher and the lid, trying a different receptacle, checking the switch, etc. I could not get it to turn on and now it is outside of its return window because I waited so long to use it. I don't recommend this product. Perhaps I just got a bad unit, but I just can't give an item that doesn't turn on a good review.

Don't buy

I could not get this blender to work. The lid doesn't fit on the blender and it won't turn on without the kid fitting. It also can not be ran through the dishwasher.

Buy it if you like the crappiest blender out there

CUSTOMER will not help. Cleaning cycle does not clean, you still have to wash it. The silicone gasket is very thin and if it tears, then you will probably get hot soup in your face. You can not change the cooking time. Bleanded veggies will taste hot and raw. And if this thing breaks and you need parts, nothing exists.
