Love these!

Great pair of pads. Super low profile yet very protective. Even if you don't plan on using the "slide" feature, I think it is still worth it bc the regular style doesn't function any differently. These are the most protective knee pads I have come across that fall in the soft pad category. Anything more durable is bulkier or a hardshell.

WAY TOO SMALL

I am 5'9" 165 lbs, typically a person who wears medium in most things. I saw some comments here to buy a size larger so i got the Large. These fit my elbow perfectly. Unfortunately I bought them as knee pads. They are so tight I swear I'm cutting off the circulation to the bottom of my leg. Just unwearable. I doubt that an XL would even be large enough. Are these child sizes or what? Consider yourself warned.

I like the fit almost acts like a compression sleeve. They do run small order a medium should have ordered the large.

The worse sizing I’ve ever ran into

I used the chart to base my order size. According to the the chart I’m a size large. My size larges come, they won’t even fit over my calves. No big deal, I order XL, paid for the fastest shipping to get them in time for the bike park this weekend. They STILL don’t fit. Pads feel and look great but the sizing is insanely off. My gform x2s that these replaced are a large and they fit perfect. XXL will be ordered and I’m sure I’ll love them but it sucks im going to the bike park this weekend without pads. Overall they look great and are very slim, probably won’t protect as much as my old X2s but for sure a great under the pants fit with these.

Really comfy knee pads for under your pants. Low profile too. You'll still get a bit bruised up... But will save you from getty totally messed up!

Comfortable and protective

Good knee pads. They aren't hard on the outside, so they are flex more than others. They are pretty comfortable. They outside covering seems pretty tough even though it isn't hard plastic. I bought XL and they fit pretty well - I have pretty large calves and thighs. I've taken a couple of spills off of my unicycle with these and they worked great.

RUN SMALL- SIZE UP!!!!

Ordered a SM Adult for my 13 year old daughter, She is athletic, and they were so tight. She is muscular but nothing crazy. I ordered these for basketball as her McDavids rip any time she makes contact with the floor. Apparently they are for person to person contact not person to floor contact is what I was told. Thought I would give these a try. Unfortunately they are way too small. Attached is a photo comparing the McDavids size Large to the G-form size SM. I measured correctly but the material is not stretchy. I would like to exchange them for the size Large.

Finally!

I’ve had issues with getting some serious contusions on my knee when I slide even when wearing knee pads. It’s due mainly bc I take medical steroids which wreak havoc on the durability on my skin. I wore these knee pads today for my game, slid into home and it was like I was back in high school. No pain, no contusion. They are amazing. I highly recommend them for an active base runner.

Great Protection for Hockey Goalie

So I picked these up to give it a shot for playing goal (Hockey). The way I have my pads I do not use the conventional knee and thigh protectors most goalies use so I thought I would give this a go. I have purchased the Bauer equivalent for actual hockey goalies and the stitching let go in days, while these have held up amazingly. Took a few pucks to them and they absorb the impact very well. Though not perfectly designed for how a goalies knee bends, these have held up well. I purchased Large, but could maybe have used XL as they are kind of tight in the back of the knee. Otherwise great product. I purchased the G-Form Pro-X versions previously, which fell apart quickly due to the gel material being on the outside rather than encased by material. The material and stitching of this version is much more appropriate. Great product, great protection.

Great quality product but my son(13) found the adult medium a bit tight on back of his knee. So I would order the size up from your measurements

Great pads

Good pad. Protects my knees well. Its NOT restricting when your pedalling. Highly recommended. Mostly for enduro and NOT intended for downhill biking.
