Best hearing protection

Really deadens sound. Used at range, best yet for me. Just put them on and you're good to go.

Great price1

I bought these as a replacement for a pair of ear muffs I wore out. I didn't realize just how worn out my old one were until I put these ear muffs on and all outside sound just disappeared. I was a little skeptical about sound deadening because of the price but I would buy them again and recommend them.

Great value

These are a great set of ear hearing protection headphones -- especially for the price. They really block sound to a safe and comfortable level. I have a medium sized head and they fit me well. Might be tight for a larger head, but it's worth a try. These are not Active Noise Cancelling -- they are Passive Noise Cancelling. Well made and does the job.

A little odd but they sorta work

They are pretty heavy, and you can still hear noises, but it’s significantly less loud. Great for school if you need to hear a lesson but the teacher is too loud or there is unnecessary background noise

Perfect for the range.

I purchased these to go to the shooting range and they worked great. They are comfortable and canceled out the noise around me very well. Would buy again.

3M Muff: Better Quality and Noise Reduction, Despite Competitor's Misleading Claims

I recently tested four different noise muffs, including one made by 3M, by wearing them in a consistently noisy indoor environment. Despite the other three muffs claiming to have higher NRR ratings (34, 34, 37) compared to 3M's 31 dB NRR, in terms of material quality, comfort, and most importantly, noise reduction capabilities, 3M was the best performer. It appears that manufacturers can list any NRR rating they desire without customers being able to verify it professionally. Furthermore, I noticed that this specific muff was identical to another brand, with only the label being different. It's worth noting that the other muffs were still good and the difference between 3M and the competitors was not always noticeable. For most people, it may not make a significant difference. But as a customer, I hate it when manufacturers are not honest about their products. The upgrade in quality and performance of the 3M muff justifies the cost, even if it's more expensive than other options.

Exellent best ever.

Amazing eardefenders work very well. The noise cancellation is nearly as good as my bose qc15 which is anoying as they were £380. Extremley comfortable i wear them for 4-5 hours strait everyday and unlike some other cheap ones they do not hurt your head, around your ears or dig in anywhere. Would highly recomend to anybody. I have a rather large head and they only just fit so they should fit almost anybody, not shore about very young children but 5 years and above. They are strong and durable and have been driven over with a golf buggy like machine and they did not break or even bend out of shape.

Works great

Works great, blocks out a large amount of noise. Now I can finally concentrate and relax in the evenings. I can't really sleep with them on sadly, but that's no fault of the product, it's just difficult to sleep with big headphones on.

Good and effective product

We bought these was defenders for our young son for use at a public firework display. He hates loud noises and he loved these as they effectively cut the noise levels for him to be able to watch the fireworks. I tried them out before my son wore them and I found them to be comfortable and effective at reducing noise levels. A good and effective product. I recommend them.

Received in good time, not for shooting

Received in good time, not for shooting, for studying when the neighbour's music is on. They cut down noise considerably, reasonably comfortable though not had them on for extended periods. Bear in mind that the spring is reasonably strong but this is to be expected if you want them to 'seal' to your ears and be effective.
