instructions show wall anchors, none were included in package

Overall I like the product but the instructions shows wall anchors and none were included. yes studs are the best but they are not always where they need to be.

Sturdy grab bar, but gaps around the trim are too big

I needed a grab bar to attach to the basement wall for my physical therapy exercises. This grab bar was the right size and the right price. I attached the grab bar to the wall and it feels secure and pleasant for the touch. Again, I am using it to hold on to during physical therapy exercises and I am not pulling with all my weight. The only negative is the gap around the trim - see photo. I am really fine with it for the basement exercise corner, bud I would not put it in a bathroom or a place that I would be OCD about details.

Buy your own screws, those provided are useless.

The screw heads on the screws provided were so soft they immediately stripped when I used a battery-powered drill/screwdriver. I had to ask my brother to drive into town and buy new, quality screws. It was very difficult to remove the partially installed stripped screws. My brother had to use a vise grip. The bar seems to be very sturdy and firmly in place now that he went to all that effort. I don't understand why companies 'cheap-out' like this.

Great item, but no hardward included for non-stud walls.

Beautiful item but be aware! If you are not mounting on studs the installation package DOES NOT include toggle bolts for a non-stud wall, you will have to go out and purchase these items at your local hardware store. Other than that we are very pleased with the looks and quality of the item.
