Only thing that makes my super dry brittle hair, look healthy.

I tried every shampoo out there, even had some "specially made" that seem to work for about a month or 2. I always end up going back to this shampoo and conditioner which helps my dry brittle hair look somewhat healthy. A great stylist (which I just found) who doesn't strip your hair with chemicals helps a lot too.

Great disappointment from Framesi lover

I've used products of this brand for about 15 years, and I love many of them. Unfortunately, this one doesn't work for me at all. My hair doesn't have volume after using this conditioner. Usually, I wash my hair every 2-3 days, but I have to wash my hair next day after using Framesi Color Lover Moisture Rich Conditioner. Not fresh looking hair without any volume. Besides, I can have extra moisture with mass market brands. I am still going to use my favorites' Framesi products, but this one is a big NO.

A staple for my 4a colour treated hair

I'm from the UK and sadly this conditioner isn't sold here. I absolutely love it because it hydrates and moisturises my 4a colour treated hair and the smell is perfect. All though I say the smell is perfect I don't know what to compare it to. The only con for me is that I have to buy it directly from Amazon USA. UK Amazon needs to wake up. Can't recommend this product enough. Yet to try the shampoo but I'm thinking about it.

Ok but pump is a problem

I’ve been using this product for years but half the time the pump on the bottle doesn’t work at all. And the latest bottle showed up with the product being yellow instead of white - is this a knockoff?

Love the Conditioner, but container pump never works.

Conditioner is great, my salon uses this, and it has completely turned my hair around for the better after using these products... my hair isn't dry like it used to be.... I think the container with the pump needs complete overhaul - i have ordered many conditioners and shampoos from my salon and amazon, and pumps wont twist to work, it is definitely not user error, some work, but more than half dont..... product is good, so i will just manage...

Soft soft soft

I was looking for a great conditioner for my dried out over processed hair. This is it. Does not weigh my hair down at all. I have really fine hair and its easy to do. So having smooth soft weightless hair is important. The smell is not horrible. Somewhat basic. All in all i would buy this again.
