Better than expected

Honestly I wasn’t expecting the greatest cosplay since I know legend of zelda cosplays tend to be quiet expensive but I personally don’t mind as it’s just for silly tiktok videos though this wasn’t bad at all for it’s price. The dress does feel cheap but most cosplays tend to though it is a pretty, shiny material which I personally love. The dress also covers my feet completely and is quiet long which is great since that means there’ll be enough fabric to cover over an A shaped hoop skirt. (I ordered a size small and i’m 5’4). The back does annoy me with the fact that it is just velcro and not like a zipper or anything but that’s more a preference and something I can alter on my own. Side note there is space in the bust and waist area (my messurements are 32”in bust and 26” in waist). As for the accessories, they attach to the dress via velcro and surprisingly stay well, I even recorded a video playing just dance and they stayed. The shoulder pads are made from foam and so is the pattern pad thing. The headband and “medal” waist thing is made from plastic so you might want to make sure you don’t leave it anywhere where it can easily break. The gems on those items are actual plastic gems and look honestly quiet pretty. The headband, despite for others coming apart, came perfectly fine for me and fit great. Overall I actually got more than I expected with this costume and I’m pretty happy.

Excellent for the price!

Negatives first: - It arrives very wrinkled, but ironing it solves that easily. - The shoulder pads are difficult to attach yourself, and to attach in a way that doesn't squeeze your shoulders. But it's very doable and it ended up pretty comfortable (and I don't have narrow shoulders). - The crown is too small for pretty much any size head, but with a couple of safety pins I kept it set on my head and it was fine (if a tad uncomfortable). - It's obviously not a cosplay-quality Zelda recreation, but for the price you shouldn't expect it to be. Alright, now the positives: - It's affordable and great quality for the price. - Despite obviously not being cosplay-quality, it looks very nice and gets lots of compliments. - Fits as expected without trouble. - Totally machine washable (I used the Delicate setting and turned it inside out to be safe). I line dried it but I think it would hold up to a dryer on the right settings. Long story short: if you want to be Zelda for Halloween or a convention without spending a lot of dough, don't hesitate to get this. It's a solid costume. I paired it with long satin gloves and high heel boots and it was a great result.

Better Than Expected

This was much better than I expected for a run-of-the-mill Halloween costume. The fabric of course it cheap and it has Velcro to close the back and attach the pieces, but it's pretty strong. The tiara did pop off the headband as soon as I took it out of the bag but that was easily fixed with a glue gun. The accessories look really nice in general. The apron stuck out funny since the "metal" piece just attached by Velcro from the top, but that also could have been my little baby bump, so I added Velcro to the bottoms and attached to the skirt. I like how long the skirt is and actually the shiny-ness of the fabric seems to match the look. I usually wear a small in women's and might have gotten away with a small in this if I wasn't pregnant but I ordered a medium just in case, the chest and waist of the dress were a tad too big for me. All in all I am satisfied with my purchase!

It's ok

Upsides -Glad I went up a size! I am 155 lbs. & 5'7", I was back & forth about what size I should get but decided at least if it ended up big I could pin it but it fit! Got the Large 12-14. (Usually I wear 8-10 in regular clothing) -This is from world of Nintendo so other than the Breath of the Wild one I've seen this is the only "legit" Zelda costume. Downsides -the crown was broken right out of the bag but luckily I have a hot glue gun. -the shoulder pads are so awkward, took 10 minutes to get them on properly *Be careful with the price, I got mine for 34 but last week it was on here for 68!

Great Zelda costume

As advertised. Fit was spot on. Would be 5 star the only complaint is the crown was messed up so couldn’t wear it. Not sure if it was made like that or bent in mail. Everything else was great. Looks like photo.

It's what you'd expect

It's decent for what it is. I wouldn't pay any more for it than what I did, but I wasn't disappointed; I got what I expected. I'm not a huge fan of these ready-made costumes in the first place, I hate the cheap look and the bright, cheesy colors. This is a 'Twilight Princess' look, but it doesn't capture the darn animation of the game, so keep that in mind. The construction is decent, it hasn't come apart on me anywhere, and the pieces that Velcro together stay put. I have a 25" waist and needed to take it in a tiny bit for it to be fitted to my body. The complaints about the crown part are accurate. There is no way it can be worn as it comes. I took the headband part off and added Velcro pieces all around the inside so it stuck to my hair. Worked well. I'm fine with my purchase since this was for a last-minute party with a royalty theme.

Crown hurts. Shoulder pads uncomfortable. Simple design. You get what you pay for

Overall, it looks like Zelda. However, the plastic parts, particularly the crown are sharp and hurt. I had to put padding on the crown. The shoulders were also uncomfortable and were a little difficult to put on and to stay on. I will say i wore this in Florida and I was comfortable temperature wise. If you want a quick simple Zelda, this works. But if you like details, you’ll need to buy gloves separately (and decorate them). There are also none of the details at the bottom of the dress

so this is probably as good as it gets

The shoulders were really hard to move in, and I had to get help to attach them properly. The purple top of mine already had started separating before I had even tried it on, but I didn't have time to order another one for Halloween. The waist seemed to fit quite well, but the top was very loose. I had to safety pin it so that I didn't flash the neighborhood kids. However, once I made all of my own adjustments and fixes, I got a lot of compliments. Not a lot of options out there for ready made Zelda costumes, so this is probably as good as it gets.

Quite poor quality for the £65 i paid

Quite poor quality for the £65 i paid! Visible ovalock stitching not proper hem. Holes in the seems where machinist has missed bits. Crown and belt are flimsy plastic and the shoulder and bit that hangs from the belt aren't very good quality either and the Velcro attachments are tiny and look like they wouldn't last for a second wear. Would send it back but it would probably not survive a second shipping!

It's really nice!! bought this for a convention because I cant make my own clothes at all, wore it for halloween too!!! Strong dress fabric, seeing as it was so long i kept stepping on it /)o(\ The shoulder pads also limit upper arm movements more than expected, but that's okay!! Otherwise it was really nice to wear!! May need to get someone to help with the back next time tho :0c

Satisfied

Quite satisfied. The blue diamond on the tiara fell off when I received it but a little bit of glue did the trick. The quality of the costume isn't wonderful but it's completely normal for a halloween disguise. I am very small (5.4", 115lbs) and the small fits perfectly, so I suggest that you buy a medium if you hesitate between small or medium.

Not good quality for the price.

My headpiece came separated from the head attachment and is bent (unwearable.) The shoulder pads are very awkward and hard to move in. The dress material is thin and lacks dimension. Not something I would recommend. Very dissatisfied.
