Basic faucet as described.

Bought this faucet because I needed something that i could put my water purifier on and still get my juice pitcher and dishes under, which I could not do with the original. I also didn't want to pay a lot of money as I'm living in a rental apartment. This is a basic faucet with a metal spout and plastic base. Not the sturdiest of faucets...may not be great for families with rambunctious kids but works perfectly for me as I live alone and I don't pull on it or treat it roughly. Good basic faucet.

Easy install, works great

Minus a few unneeded bells and whistles this unit compares to units costing well over $100. It is high so big pots fit under. It was an easy self-install, albeit working under the sink is a contortionist job. Unit went right in, is dry and works.

Defective

Item arrived with a very low flow rate on the cold water outlet, while a normal flow rate was acheived on the hot water side. Swapped the hoses, and observed the "cold" side flow is still low while the "hot" side remains normal, confirming the problem is with the faucet itself. Disassembled the faucet, but the "obstruction" is internal between the cold water valve and the center stem, thus not possible to fix. I had to spend another couple hours uninstalling this faucet to ship back, and install a new faucet, negating any potential savings in the purchase. Returned and ordered a Delta faucet instead with a known reputation for quality and testing of products before they ship. Works fantastic, as I would expect Delta to; I suggest EZ-FLO spend the money for better quality control if they want a decent reputation.
