Good product turned BAD

Got this vacuum 2 months ago. Had no issues the first handfuls that i used it but not it stopped spinning and will not suck up anything. I followed the directions and empty the container every time and only vacuum two smalls room. So disappointed that it has already stopped working in such a short amount of time. Customer service was terrible as they walked me through “how to turn it on” after i already explained the issue.

I can actually breathe in my house again ????

I was vacuuming my house on Tuesday when our dinky little vacuum for the last 5 years quit sucking. I attempted to unclog it, it was full of mounds of my dogs hair. I tried to turn it on and it just kept leaving streaks of my dogs hair on our carpet, so I said screw it, time for a new one. I stumbled across this beauty and decided to give it a try. WOW. First picture is straight out of the box. Instalation was simple. Second picture is after doing a small 2'x2' square on our bedroom carpet. I am amazed. It pulled up basically 2 replicas of my current dogs (Rhodesian Ridgeback and Rottweiler) and even a clone of our deceased pitty. My husband was even impressed with what came up and decided to vacuum the entire house while I sat there with my coffee and watched. After the whole house was done, I couldn't believe how light it felt in the house, I felt like I just received a brand new set of lungs. Guys, if it gets your house this clean AND gets your husband fascinated with how well it works, BUY IT.

Light Weight, Heavy Suction

I got many good years of service from my last Eureka upright, but it was starting to droop -- no longer standing up straight -- its on/off switch had failed, and a replacement Arm & Hammer filter I had installed was giving off a foul odor. So when I saw that Amazon was having a special on this lightweight model, I decided to jump on it. Like its predecessor, this vacuum does not disappoint. It has powerful suction, the dirt cup is easy to empty, it has a good long cord, and the attachments conveniently ride onboard. Otherwise, it was quite easy to set up: you click the handle in place, install the cord holders, put on the attachments, and you're good to go. This model has two improvements over the one before it: 1) A handle mid-ship makes this vac easy to carry from room to room. 2) The handle removes to become a hose extension for above-floor dusting. I must also disagree with another reviewer who said the plastic on this vacuum is flimsy. It seems sturdy enough to me, and as I said, I got a number of years of service from my last Eureka; I expect the same from this one. So why pay hundreds of dollars for an upright vacuum (I'm looking at you, Shark and Dyson) when you can get a perfectly competent and well made machine for under one hundred? Beats me! PROS: * Powerful suction. * Onboard attachments. * Carpet/bare floor height adjustment. * Easy to empty dust compartment. * 25-foot cord. * Handy carrying handle. * Quick snap-together assembly. * Priced right! CONS: * No headlight.

Very good vacuum

This vacuum is very powerful and worth every dollar. I have low carpet in my bedrooms and this vacuum cleaner the carpet thoroughly. I also have hardwood floor and when I switch the vacuum to that option, it works wonders. I love how easy it is to maintain and the size makes it easy to store.

Pretty impressive after the first use

This review is for the orange one. I got it for the ability to do the curtain valances above the drapes in this house which I recently noticed are full of spider webs. I have only used it once to vacuum the carpet and it did as others noted pick up quite a bit. Filled the bin about 1/4 full which seems like a lot as I vacuum every month. Also it is the lightest weight vacuum I have had in my life most likely due to it being made with a lot of plastic parts. Not commercial grade but vacuums like it is. Also the quality vs cost seems about right as it is not too expensive.

Very good for an inexpensive vacuum.

I got this updated Eureka because it was well rated and priced right. I needed it for a small place with a couple of rugs. As an inexpensive fairly lightweight cleaner, it's very good, and much better than the unit it replaced. I found that it does a very good job on carpet. The mechanism that churns the carpet gets into the pile. This is the most important function. You want a vacuum like this to pick up the dirt that worked its way into the pile. Finally, what does anybody expect from a vacuum under $100.00? It can't compare to a unit three times the cost. In it's category this Eureka is a winner. The deal we got on Amazon made it impossible for me to pass it by. I would have posted an image but the images already posted tell the story.

Attachments!

I really don't like this vacuum at all. I just bought in February of 23 and the attachment's are useless!! The pet hair attachment stop as soon as you place it in furniture!! The crevis attachment bends and the brush attached to it is a joke....it will not stsy in place!!! I'm really disappointed and I wish I would have returned it ...!!

Cant beat it for the price!

Ex wife kept the dyson, so i had to get something on the cheap for now. This thing is actually better than the dyson in my opinion and was sub $100! No bags, suction is super strong and it’s lightweight. Excells at picking up cat hair and food crumbs. Id buy this again in a heartbeat

If you've got a pet, this vacuum is for you!!!

I just used my new vacuum cleaner today, and I am so happy with it!! If I could change anything, I would make the stick extendable. I'm not sure if you can purchase more parts or not, if you can then I take that back. The pet hair claw feature works amazing. The suction is fantastic, the unit isn't too heavy, and the pricewas right. I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!

This thing really sucks- and I love it!!

Okay I’ll be honest, at first I was sceptical because I’d not heard of the brand before and the price point was so good. When it was delivered I definitely got a look from my partner about this random vacuum I bought off Amazon lol. HOWEVER, it took all of 3 minutes to put together and read the instruction papers, we then immediately gave it a go and let me tell you, this did not disappoint. We had a shark vacuum prior to this that crapped out on us after 2 years, I think it really struggled with the fur and dirt produced by our 3 fur babies. So something a little more heavy duty with good suction was a must. My partner and I were SHOCKED at how much dirt and fur this thing yanked out of the shag rug in our living room. I kind of wish I had taken a picture, it was that much. All doubt was gone after the first use, this is the real deal. I like that the height of the head can be adjusted for the type of surface you’re using it on, I think the people saying it’s difficult to push just may be forgetting to adjust it. The suction is obviously fantastic, and it’s very easy to take the container out to dispose of the dirt and clean it out. The one negative about it is the hose length- it needs to be longer! I was leaning down using the crevice tool and the vacuum fell on my head haha. So, needs much more length to actually be practical for use. I’ve used it several times since and can honestly say I’m still totally amazed by how much crap this pulls out of the rugs, I feel like we’ve been living in squalor this whole time and didn’t even know it, deceived by our old vacuum. Get this!

Don't believe any bad reviews on this vacuum, it is lightweight, super suction and moves around with ease. Excellent vacuum, would not buy any other now that I've tried this, TRUST ME!

Great suction and vacuum

My pet sheds all day. I simply love this vacuum as it provides great suction, plus the separate attachments allows me to use it both on hard floor and upholstery.
