these shoes look cool and are pretty stylish
In my opinion, these shoes look cool and are pretty stylish. They make me feel like I have flat feet after a couple hours. Not the best for skateboarding. Not enough insole to pad short falls and gaps. The canvas also don't hold up very well. I've already tore a small hole in the canvas after 2 days of skating. If your planning on just wearing these around town, they're great. If your planning to skate these, I'd recommend getting a shoe with thicker material and better insoles.

Inexpensive and nice looking skate shoe
I ordered size 9 black/gum shoes and got exactly what was pictured with one day shipping. The description is slightly deceptive about the sole, but I'm not very upset about it. The toe area of the sole is your standard rubber, but the entire arch support section is some sort of compressed fiber/cardboard until the last half inch of the heel. The reason I'm buying new shoes is because I wore holes in my last pair under the pads of my feet; the arch section of my old shoes is barely worn down. I'm certain these shoes are less sturdy than the Vans I was wearing, but I expect them to last about the same amount of time since they are the same design around the toes. I have wide feet, tend to stretch out my vans and my toes are not quite long enough to reach the end of size 9s. In this shoe the 9 fits just fine, feels a bit narrow but the canvas is stretching nicely.

Narrower than other Emericas
Great looking shoe and great price, but fits WAAAAY narrower than other Emericas. See photo for comparison to an Emerica Romero. Over a half-inch narrower. Unwearable.

Classic shoe
I’ve been buying this shoe for many years. It’s not the perfect shoe at all in design and quality. But what really makes it perfect to me is it’s simplicity. I’ve boughten a few pairs over the years, some in different colors, but I always find myself coming back to the black and gum look. It’s just a chill as hell shoe. It can fit a little tight at first but they break in over time. So don’t be too distraught at first if you buy your size and it feels a little too snug. You can break it in, if that doesn’t work just go up a size. Blessings!

New favorite shoes
I found these shoes while looking for nice sleek skate shoes similar to vans, but I wanted a thinner material. When I got these shoes in the mail the package was in perfect condition , the shoes were in meant condition and they fit perfectly, I'm a 11.5 size shoe in most brands.if you wear vans and are looking to get something different I would go with these, there are more comfortable than vans and look a lot nicer.usually vans will tear or fall apart within a week or so, but with these my feet are more comfortable and I wear them a lot and they still look new. The quality is top notch seeing as they haven't ripped yet after wearing them. All in all these shoes are my new favorite style for sleekness and comfortabilty , and for the price on Amazon I saved about $10, definitely gonna get a few more pairs in other colors. Definitely get these before they run out or the sale is gone because they are great shoes. And the name is cool ha.

Look awesome and fit to size, but don’t provided any protection for skating whatsoever
These shoes look great and are great for those of us whom wear skate shoes as dress shoes, however is absolute garbage for skating in. They have great grip for kick flips, but have no protection for your inner foot and easily lead to injuries. Don’t buy these to skate it, buy them because they look good

Good cheap skate shoe
Good cheap skating shoes. No real sole support. No problem for me as i wear insoles. If you do wear them walking around a couple days before skating to break in a little. Laces pinch around upper foot which can be uncomfortable first couple days. If you do kickflips with a lot of foot angle they will wear quick, the bottoms however wear out pretty slow. If you like shoes where you have a lot of feel these are for you.

Not for hardcore skating, unless you want to.
I really like these! I went skating around the town for a little bit and they truly live up to the name; Cruisers. Not for a hardcore session but something to just cruise around in, do a couple of beginner flat ground tricks between destinations and they're comfortable to just chill in. Warning though, they do run kind of narrow so those with wide feet, I wouldn't recommend. Overall, I'm loving them. And the best part is they aren't made with animal hide. It's been difficult trying to find decent vegan skate shoes and Im thankful Emerica came through!

Great shoes, very comfortable.
Great shes, very comfortable after some break in time. That is likely just because of my feet though. They're not as wide as previous products I have bought from this brand. They breathe excellently and look great. Only con is that for me I had to wear them for a couple weeks before the area at the end of the tongue stretched out and stopped digging into the top of my foot. Before anyone starts about that, they are the correct size but this is a common occurrence with canvas shoes.
