Solid seating

Very happy with this purchase. The assembly is oh so easy, 10 min. No tools. Well designed. It's solid & is of good quality. Just what I was looking for. My only qualm is that there are 2 settings for attaching the back. So, first thing I would do is set out the plastic seat & the back to judge the distance you prefer.

Great chair but too wide for bathtub

We are using it in a new tub/shower that was installed this year. It was pretty easy to assemble, looks nice, quality is good. But, when trying to use it as we are, the legs make it too wide to sit flat in the tub. All four feet make contact, however, they are hitting the sides of the tub just as the sides curve from vertical to the horizontal floor of the tub. Good product, otherwise.

Relaxation in the Shower!

Does NOT FIT A STANDARD TUB

I have no idea why they'd make a product that doesn't fit a standard tub. Their return policy is ridiculous so I just threw it in the trash.

Good for the price

I like this chair the price is good it’s easy to put together but only because I used my broken chair as a guide. The new chair came with NO instructions. The one thing I do like about this chair is that less of the metal is exposed and the screws are covered with plastic so less rusting.

To wide

I did have to take the back odd of the chair. However I was 5'4 262lbs and it held me pretty good. The sturdiness and the comfort of the chair is great. Love the color too.

Absolute Trash!

I bought this less than 4.5 months ago and only used it once or twice a week as needed. Today, BOTH backrest braces snapped. Thankfully I did not fall off the back of the chair, but it was close. I am highly dissapointed. Do NOT buy this product if you value stability and safety. **UPDATE** I, stupidly, continued to use the bench without the backrest. They sell the benches without backrests already and it should have been perfectly safe. I was wrong. The legs splayed out on one side and unceremoniously dumped me on to the tile floor, pulling the shower curtain down on top of me. This piece of trash is in the dump where it belongs, and I'm back to needing my cane for the next week ????

Solid, safe, attractive, chair, but tighten the wing nuts regularly

I bought this for a family member to assist with safe bathing. It is an example of the refinement and value of modern manufacturing. Light, strong, easy to assemble, well-designed, attractive, and the correct size to fit in a bathtub. Assembly is done using hand-tightening wing nuts, which is brilliant, as the nuts have plastic wings which are strong yet easy on the fingers, and if any nut gets loose, it can be fixed immediately without having to search for a tool and possibly putting off or forgetting the task. But one must remember to check their tightness periodically. Some of the nuts on ours tend to loosen gradually, and this reduces the stability and safety of the chair. For this reason, I awarded 4 out of 5 stars for stability. With nuts tightened, it gets a 5. One special note about the design: the chair has a random, non-repeating relief pattern to grip the body when sitting on it. It looks somewhat like an aerial view of lakes or puddles on a landscape, and is a particularly beautiful, interesting pattern, as it does not appear to repeat, and looks very natural. The designer blended the edges of the pattern in with the straight boundaries of the textured area so as to avoid awkward corners, showing impressive attention to detail and aesthetics. It's the kind of subtle elegance that I really appreciate in some products. Bravo to the designer!

Inservible

Una pata es notablemente más corta que las otras , no hay forma de armar la silla que no quede coja. Mi mano cabe debajo del hueco que queda debajo de la pata. Obviamente no voy a permitir que mi adulto mayor se siente en una silla inestable en la regadera, cuando el objetivo de la silla es que dicha persona esté segura. Este artículo no califica para devoluciones, pero Amazon eficientemente nos reembolso el dinero enseguida. Leí muchas reseñas favorables y por eso compré esta silla, pero mi experiencia no fue satisfactoria.

Silla de seguridad para baño para adulto mayor.

Llego en tiempo y forma, sin daños en empaque ni producto. La calidad es bastante buena, es la primera vez que compramos este tipo de producto así que no puedo hacer una compraración pero los componentes se ven de muy buena calidad. El ensablaje es un poco confuso pues el manual no lo explica bien al 100. Buenas dimensiones y niveles de altura. Apenas lleva usandola mi mamá una semana pero no ha tenido ni un detalle. Si hay algun inconveniente mas adelante se los compartiré.

The frame is made of cheap thin aluminum and distorted after just 2 months use

We bought this shower chair for my mom. Regular use in a shower room started in Mid December 2019. Now it is shaky and creates safety concern. We have to purchase a new shower chair from Shoppers Drug Mart instantly as the distorted legs can't be restored to make the chair stable / balanced. again Anyone who wish to purchase a chair for seniors should never buy it. Almost 2 months use for the price. I would like the vendor / manufacturer to consider refunds.
