OK for short term needs and travel.

I was hoping this product would be a decent knock off of another brand's similar-looking back support role. It is nothing like it. This is soft and small (and I am a 5'6", 118 lb woman) and smooshes down to practically nothing pretty quickly. It did nothing for me in my car seat, which is what I bought it for. I would have given this one star and returned it but I have found it handy for travel. It is small enough to put in a (roomy) handbag and is better than nothing for uncomfortable public seating seats (theaters, wooden benches) and also a decent solution for plane seating -- better than a couple of those flimsy white polyester rectangles the airlines call pillows (when you can even find them!) In brief, this roll does not offer firm support but at least the small size makes it practical to carry for a little extra support where needed. :)

Good product

I like it very much because I use it for my upper back. The only thing that I don't like about it is the strap isn't long enough and is elastic so it bounces up and around my headrest when I get out of my SUV. I've also found it on the backseat floor lol. For that reason I only gave it a 4.

Not going to help

This cushion is very small...perhaps you could try it as a neck pillow, but it is not a back pillow. I actually think they may have sent me the wrong product. Also, if this is for your back, it does not give much in the way of support at all. I went and bought a Mckenzie support and it works just great. Don't bother with this one, unless they update it.

It gets the job done but I wish I purchased a more expensive one. I gave this to my friend and she loves it. Its really soft so dont get if you need something more firm an supportive.

Back pain be gone

I really like this product. It is a little stiff when first using but it contours to your body with continued use. I had one previously but then lost it. I also like that it has an attachment strap to attach to my chair or myself. Since being in college and graduate school full time for the last 5 years and sitting a lot daily it has been a life saver for the last 2.5 years after not being able to sit without significant pain. I highly recommend for school and work.

Lumbar Support Pillow

Unfortunately, not very impressed. The pillow loses it's shape very quickly and no matter what you do to it, it doesn't regain it's support shape for hours. I expected something much more robust. Which is a shame because the service was exceptional.

save your money

this product is an absolute load of rubbish, the elastic isn't long enough to go over the back of the car seat. After using it for one day it was not round and looked like a steam roller had run over it. it is not fit for what its supposed to do and offers no support at all, i would not recommend anyone to buy it at all
